I'm waiting 70 days to see coins in my balance, I sent to Bitfinex in October 17th QTUM's... AND I STILL WAITING!!! 70 days? Are there any policy about resolution time or I can wait forever?

I'm waiting 2 month to receive my coins, transaction is confirmed, but not displaying at reports, support postpone my tickets and seems like ignoring me. I dont even count how many tickets opened... Here is some of them: #649865, #604486, #396489, #927489, #607242 and #133289 Each time support reply to wait, Really I'm waiting 2 months...Do any of you had same experience ?

Same Problem, I've sent on October 20 and still waiting for my coins.... 3-5 support tickets with response to wait... almost 2 month waiting...
