I am a new user of freebitco. I created an account and deposit to join HI-LO and today I finished playing and exchanged reward points to be able to withdraw my btc. But I do not understand why my account was deleted from the system. I think the site needs to reconsider this issue because the withdrawal amount is too small and I use my only computer to execute the withdrawal order.

I have been using their wallets for a while. Initially I tried sending and withdrawing btc from cold wallet to mixin wallet, it worked relatively fast but the fee to withdraw their btc was too high.
