I'm saving my half of my bitcoin everymonth for my childrens . because 10  years from now they will be attending colleges and I want them to go to college so investing in btc is one of my options since the prediction for the price 5 years from now could reach as much as $25000. that's a huge value so I already told them about btc and how it works.

Yeah I know that it's very hard to explain to people about bitcoin since this kind of money is commonly known on DeepWeb that's why its hard. Even I think that bitcoin was an illegal money online. But what makes me interest to it was its price which is high for each bitcoin and on that way you can explain it to others. Just tell them how much a bitcoin cost then you will get his/her attention to it.

No one can guarantee until when bitcoin can survive. it looks like bitcoin will have a long time to survive because of the very high price that many people like. 

Very good question! It seems like Bitcoin is going down a bad path, with fees always increasing... I hope they can find a way to fix this, but maybe SafeCoin is the only way forward, so it can have zero transaction fees (MaidSafe "project safer")

Till now I have not seen or heard about a bank that is selling/buying or accepting Bitcoin. But you can always get a locker in bank to store your Bitcoin safely like we store property papers or Gold or precious ornaments.

why is there a max. amount of 0.5 BTC?

increasing of bitcoin price is much more good think on bitcoin because there is a lot of people investing their money in huge amount in bitcoin and they know that bitcoin increasing its price too much faster.

I do not know in future but it may happen I am not sure. At present in cryptocurrency world, btc is the leader for all coins. Yes there are many cryptocurrencies there, but no one can touch the Bitcoin price. And the usage of Bitcoin is very easy. All gamblers are like to use this Bitcoin for betting. So I think now no other currency will replace Bitcoin.

Trading is risky and quick profit is like gambling! I advise you buy some promising altcoins, which are inexpensive now and it is a good time to invest to them! Please do your own research before making your decision!

We can't force someone to be interested in sth that I have no interest in.
We just have to respect each and everybody's point of view.

The main substantial motivation to don't contribute on it is if the market is truly promising.
