1  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Nag dump ang bitcoin ngayon, tuloy tuloy na ba ang pagbagsak? on: December 28, 2017, 10:50:30 AM
Nagffluctuate talaga ang bitcoin, and that's something we all should expect. On the other note, we could expect as well that it will recover in time. Tiwala lang.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women in the cryptocurrency industry on: December 27, 2017, 06:02:03 PM
I am a woman, and I must agree that our counterparts are more knowledgeable on btc. I, personally, is actually seeking help from my boyfriend to learn more about trading and mining as there are jargons that I totally wouldn't get.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you donate Bitcoin for the poor and needy? on: December 27, 2017, 03:28:57 PM
Yes, nothing beats good deeds, and I will not hesitate to give a part of my bitcoins to the needy.on the other note I would still have to make sure that the receiver has enough knowledge or is open to learning about bitcoin, as if not, then it will just be put to waste. Moreover, it would be better and more helpful if someone who'll get a part would be able to make it grow and continue on what's already available.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: December 27, 2017, 03:07:12 PM
In my opinion, you have to secure your savings first and make sure that it would sustain your family's needs before you quit. Yes, bitcoin is indeed helpful, however, leaving your job for something risky and unsure would not be advisable. You probably have tp learn to manage your time to be able to explore more on BTC.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: December 27, 2017, 01:08:50 PM
As for my opinion, bitcoin is not for children just yet, until majority of the population is already aware of how bitcoin works. It is already hard to explain to adults, and it will be more difficult with the young ones. Let the adults do what we need to help in popularizing bitcoin and let the youngsters mind their schooling first. Time will come we won't have to explain what BTC is to the future generations.
6  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this for real? I could be a millionaire? on: December 27, 2017, 11:02:54 AM
It's actually the same bitcoin. It happened to my friend. He invested some amount of money in bitcoin 2 years ago and lost his wallet. He then currently retrieved the wallet and found out his money was tripled. I guess it's not yet too late to start investing, tho!
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Optimistic for 2018? on: December 27, 2017, 02:42:43 AM
2018 is the year I have been waiting for long. Before, it was just because I will be starting a family, but now, bitcoin is truly one of the things I'm excited about. Like having a family, bitcoin is making me giddy as I'm pretty sure it would be more popular in the coming years. I am pretty much optimistic that bitcoin would be in greater heights in the coming year.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the future of Bitcoin? on: December 26, 2017, 02:25:06 PM
As for me. In the coming years, bitcoin will be more highly popular. It is because a lot of people could testify by then how bitcoin has been helpful. It may have as well increased its value, and by that time, it is possible that the government has already acknowledged bitcoin.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth? on: December 26, 2017, 01:28:52 PM
It definitely does. Social media is one of the everyday activities of people these days. Through social media, facts about bitcoin could easily spread and be known by a lot of people.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are Your Greatest Fears As a Bitcoin Holder? on: December 26, 2017, 01:16:27 PM
I fear that bitcoin's value would drastically drop, as all the hopes and dreams would drop as well. Another is my fear of the hackers. We are living in the 21st century, and it is not impossible for some people to get through one's account and rob everything in a click.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 26, 2017, 04:02:14 AM
Yes it is very risky. You have to know and understanf what you're up to, before you turn all your money into bitcoin. It increases its value, but there are times when it decreases, thus, you are still unsure of its value once you already need your money.

Think of happy thoughts. Be contented. Accept that everything happens for a good reason.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is Your Plan for the Future? on: December 22, 2017, 03:42:33 PM
I am a very shallow person. A happy family is all I dream to have. I am planning to work harder and earn enough to have savings and everything my future family would need. I am planning to travel and have my own house as well.

The secret of happiness is love.
Love for yourself and for others. When there is love, everything comes after.
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to be a good father? on: December 22, 2017, 01:06:55 PM
To be a good father or parent, you have to be selfless and think more of your family. You need to strive and do your best because you'll want what's best for your kids. To be a good father does not mean you have to be wealthy. Yes you need to provide for the family especially for your kids, but you have t to make sure that you spend quality time with them as well.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: What comes to your mind when you think of Japan? on: December 22, 2017, 11:55:48 AM
Beauty of cherry blossoms, high-rise buildings, newest technology, anime-inspired fashion, ramen, sushi, freshest sashimi, and frustration.

I have always adored Japan. I have been trying to enter the country three times, and i have been denied three times as well.

It is a place I would forever dream to visit, and I will not stop until my feet touch its land.
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best life lesson you learned on: December 22, 2017, 10:50:00 AM
The best life lesson that I have learned is to let go of the things that we have no control with, and pray for strength to move one foot forward. Life isn't always hopeful. We have to learn to be strong because at the end of each trying day, we have no choice but to be brave enough to face another waking day.
18  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May nabasa ako tatanggap na daw ang Mcdonald Ng bitcoin next year on: December 11, 2017, 02:33:49 PM
20  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Fantasy vs Reality on: December 11, 2017, 10:04:00 AM
1. Fantasy is what your mind wants to believe, and reality is what really exists, which can be identified by your senses.

2. In some ways, fantasy helps me make real-life decisions, as it helps me work harder, and try to achieve what my mind believes I deserve.

3. There are times when surrendering to reality would give you a mediocre life. It would make you stop aiming for what is better, when your mind thinks you can still give more of yourself. In addition, holding on to what you fantasize sometimes helps you do better, because it gives you a goal. while on the other note, we also have to know our boundaries, because we know that anything that goes beyond limit is not good. We have to know when we are being too idealistic, thus, that is the time to accept what is actually there, to avoid disappointing ourselves.
