-1 "Write 12 Words Very Carefully" Is this a new seed that I make myself, or is it the old MultibitHD seed ?

-2 "My advice is to wait 2-3 days with sending transaction in order to pay lower fee due to high number of unconfirmed transaction" I'm not sure: wait 2-3 days after doing what exactly ?

No seed in Electrum after moving from Multibit HD

Hi, I have moved from MultibitHD to Electrum, but the SEED in the menu is grayed out and also it does not show the seed icon right below.

I think it worked out well, cause I can see the right amount in Electrum, but as you can understand I like to have a wallet with a SEED..
And without the seed, I'm not really in the experimental mood ;-)
So could someone please help me step by step explaining how to create a new wallet in Electrum, with a seed, and how to get my coins in there ?
