Wow, Freiexchange is killed for buyers depth. Is there some other market we're using?
Looking to sell some of my coins to help fund some car parts for my racecar. Got something like 350k coins.

I turned my wallet on for the first time in a few months and it's been days and I've yet to stake. Is something going on?
Also, is Frei exchange the only market we're on right now? It's pretty thin. I'm killing it just selling off a few thousand hbn.

Loving this surge in pricing. Coming back up to a reasonable value for such an awesome coin.

Is coin age the total age since the coin was moved to your wallet? or is it since it last staked?
Since last staked. I've got lots of coin blocks with ages in the 50-99 day range. Is there an issue? or a command to rescan the wallet or something for errors? No issue I can see. How big are the blocks trying to stake. I have some approaching 30+ days that are 1k-2k in size. I chunked mine into blocks about 500-200. Nothing crazy high. Should I maybe just send them to a wallet and back in to refresh the age in a larger block size? My wallet is also about 3K over what the Cryptoid explorer is saying that I have. What's the command for it to go through my wallet to find errant transactions to make it sync?

If btc hits 20k, I may cash out and buy myself a car. Pretty tempting. Always wanted a R32 skyline

Yeah, the btc price is crazy right now, but we're staying relatively constant in comparison to usd/dollar value.

Is there any plan to bring the staking interest back up? I miss my awesome staking It's a bit of a double edged sword. It dilutes value, but also was a major incentive to new adopters

Just check mine. So if the height & blocks from getinfo and getcheckpoint are not the same, then we're on the wrong chain?
I'm going to shut mine down just in case. Looks like I went onto bad fork.

Looks like I was on the bad chain.
Trimmed my nodes to the ones you listed and am reverting back to a 8/10 chain I had downloaded. Will see if it pulls onto the right one.
|
|
|
That's no good. I just saw my wallet was unsync'd for about 4-5 days.
Could we get a list of approved/known nodes?
I've got quite a few and don't want to be attached to any bad ones if possible.

I'm having an issue with staking on 1.5.5.2
The program says not staking because I don't have mature coins but I look and I have numerous blocks of coins at 12-13 days old.
///// EDIT Rebooted the software and it started to stake
|
|
|
Saw my 1.5.3 wallet was out of date foe about 8 days so just updated to 1.5.5.2 and downloaded the blockchain from your link.
It's up to date now but is saying none of my coins are aged yet, but they're all at least 15 days old. or did I miss a remark about coin age maturity changing?
/// Edit. Just saw that my coin totals are off by waaay too much. Only saying I have 38k.

Any update on Cryptopia deposits?
They say it's still in the maintenance. Might be worth sending them a ticket, last time I did that, they opened them It's finally back online. We're sitting at about 200 satoshi right now.

It's an artificial spike. Not exactly a man made/planned pump. In flow of coins has halted so current coins on market are inflated from demand. It's not a pump by a coin holder by manipulating the market, but a system update based inflation.
As soon as the flood gates/wallet opens, every one with coins will be selling. Very few would be buying. The value will then drastically drop since the depth isn't there to sustain high value.
I have 389k hbn. I can personally drop the value into the 10-30 satoshi range if I dumped my wallet.
Naw, there is a bitcoin at 300. It would eat your 389k.. Also during those huge dumps the bots come out and play and create liquidity as well. You're right. I was reading the depth chart wrong. There's some decent buys in place, but any human trader watching his stuff should pull out his stops as it falls. I'd love to see it settle higher than what we were at. It's an OG coin compared to some of the stuff out there now.

Cryptopia still hasn't unfrozen the wallet deposits yet. Artificial price spike since no one can add coin to the exchange. So the coins on there are "worth more". Would be amazing is those prices stayed. I could put a down payment on a car As soon as the wallet unlocks. Everyone will dump their coins on the price and tank the demand side. Any one not watching their buys will be left holding the bag as it falls. We only have 1.8 BTC in depth before it drops down to 140 satoshi.

Seems like deposits to cryptopia doesnt work atm . Probably due to wallet maintenance.. price go up there with the no influx of new coins..
Still showing under maintenance for me too. Yeah, I need to keep some coins on reserve for these artificial spikes in demand. Price had jumped past 200 satoshi and ate my higher limit coins.

Cool, updated to 1.5.3 with no issue.
Looks like Cryptopia is in the process of updating their wallet.
