I started this month.. I dont have any idea about bitcoin then i just researched it. I joined many bitcoin groups on fb but still no one answered my questions right. Everytime i asked how?? They just answer me some refferral links.

To open a bank account in the Philippines you need an ACR I-card (Alien Certificate of Registration card).
