Just editing the DNS file cant do any harm ( I suppose).
But just be patient. If it was THE BEST solution simplemining would post it at their website to get rid of the thousands of emails they get right now, don't you agree?

There is no isseu at the webhoster... Lets hope simplemining fix this issue asap
