What is happening to NYC? Why it dropped in coinmarketcap and why is yobit giving outdated info? I know its related to bitcoin drop, but guys any info to calm me down?
Throughout all the different markets, there has been 16.35 BTC worth of NYC volume in the past 24 hours. That's about $200K in volume. But its important to note, that NYC has been holding its value even after that massive surge a few weeks ago. Its in a stabilizing process, but is still growing support and growing volume. Its not gonna surge every day. But it will happen slowly, over time, and as the community grows, the coin will too. This Coinomi airdrop will be a great step to get NYC on more peoples radar. Just a matter of time.

I have to say, I was foolish for pulling out when I did. I originally contacted coinomi about the wallet and was told it was not in work. This led me to pull out my standing and I sold some 40 million coins. A week later, they announced on twitter that it would be included in their next release so I tried to buy back in, but couldn't get near the coins I originally had.
Ladies and gents, don't make the same mistake I did and sell just because one source says something isn't gonna happen. This has been a long lived coin, and as transactions just get harder and harder with other currencies, NYC will really begin to shine. I've already lost thousands of dollars because I was insecure about the coin, but I was wrong. Its my own fault. NYC will be a great success, and as we get the coin into other exchanges, and word about it grows, the sky is the limit.
Best of luck to everyone! NYC forever!
Thats too bad, you can grab some back while the markets are down. I am not selling a single coin for some time, this is not going to be a fast rewards coin, the slower and steady she rises up the more stable it will be in the long run. It would be a great time for a announcement by the Dev as BTC is retracting right now and people will put into ALT coins that in the the green currently. Good opportunity for people to grab up some low priced NYcoins before the market takes off again. My only regret right now is not selling yesterday so I could double my stake today while this dump is happening lol. But I do agree, slow and steady is gonna make this coin much more successful in the long run. I need to learn how to mine haha

bonehead newbie, posting using 5 different brand-new monikers: you can wait for Coinomi to announce. Just like everyone else.
P.S. trading volume just ticked up again to $33k...
Looks like I made a "dev" mad.. Guess hes scared he will loose all his money to his own scam. Also, a very professional response. Good luck everyone.

Also, to those of you who have installed the wallet. I would highly suggest uninstalling it ASAP. Delete all the folders associated with it. I suspect a RAT is inside the file, and those of you who have had coins disappear, I think they are being stolen. I have no evidence to back this, but it is the only way I can think no new wallet has been created since 2014. Please run antivirus on your computer afterwards. I work in the STEM field, and a decent coder could easily modify the wallet to be able to steal your money. With the wallet being distributed by the "devs" I think its highly possible they arte using it to steal back anything you buy on an exchange.
Do not freak out and delete or uninstall your wallets or you could loose your coins! Everyone should have wallets with passwords and backup your wallet.dat file in Appdata/NYC folder on another computer or memory stick. Why would you tell people this? I am not saying delete your coins. I am saying the wallet is likely corrupted.

Then where is a screenshot of coinomi ever saying they are working to add NYC to the wallet?

Everyone, I contacted coinomi about when the NYC coin would be added. I learned some very disheartening news. Coinomi has no plans to add NYC to their wallet. The devs havn't even contacted them about it. When trying to confront a supposed dev on the matter, it only solidified my concern. NYC is a propaganda scheme. NYC has no active devs. The current "dev" is using forums and temporary websites to pump the crowd around NYC. NYC is not going to be added to coinomi. It is not going to be added to multiple markets. I hope everyone can pull out before its too late, and I hope it crashes to the ground before the "DEVS" behind this scam make anything. I hope no one has been too screwed over by this.

I'm still pretty new to the crypto market, but what is the process to get into another exchange? I would love to see NYC on the Binance market. It would really open up the volume and throttle interest. Not to mention put some feet in peoples mouths who have naysayed NYC since its been on yobit.

Ahh I see now. I have just been monitoring Yobit's charts

$30,000 trading volume now. And climbing...
Will NYC break $50,000/day for the first time EVER soon...P.S. This is BEFORE Coinomi adds NYC! Where did you see that volume? I'm seeing 10,000 which is still a great improvement over past weeks, just curious where you got your numbers?

Does anyone know when a wallet will become available for IOS/MAC devices? I would love to start mining also, but not sure if its possible on Macs. I have high hopes for this coin, but other than purchase through obit is there really anything I can do unless I go get a Windows rig? Also, Yobit is a decent trade exchange, but their wallets are iffy. looking forward to the coinomi release for a much more secure wallet.
