1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: ██ [ANN] BLAZEPOOL.COM - Tested Stable and Secure MultiAlgo AutoExchange Pool ██ on: May 02, 2018, 12:34:17 PM
@jbeck  Please PM us your address and we can take a look at it for you.  Pool is running normally.

@WitWolfy  Magicoin for m7m has had problems for a long time now.  There's discussion on the discord about it.  The coin is not working properly by design which results in mostly orphans for pools.  The only reason that we are keeping it up is because we get a good block once in a while and that it's a CPU coin.

Well not to be funny, even Yescrypt is a waste of time and power, Betterhash lets you mine Manero, and I make more a day there than on your CPU pools. I probably see like two coins a day if I'm lucky. Screw this, when I reach my 0.003 payout I wont be back.

Been having problems with M7M. Mining for a day, and no coin from that pool. Is this pool even still a thing?

In the last two monhts my 1080ti gradually made less and less in mining on Zpool, went from making 0.0025 BTC every 4 days to 0.0025 every 7-8 days now.. Dude, the difficulty has spiked big time! Any advice on what pools arent so overcrowded for decent margins?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: February 22, 2018, 06:43:16 PM
Is it currently possible to add any sort of profit weighting to pools to account for fees, or is that already done, and if not can I suggest it.

I will use scrypt and a couple of pools to explain what I mean.

litecoinpool.org : this is a pps pool that pays 102% : Profit value 102
ahashpool.com : current fees are 1% : Profit Value 99
zpool : current fees 1.25% + 5% : Profit Value 93.75
Nicehash : current fees 3-4% : Profit Value 96.5

This would allow the profit switcher to take into account the actual returns before deciding if/when to switch

So for example litecoinpool is paying 0.002050 and I have it set to only change on a 5% difference, the current profit switcher may see zpool at 0.002173 which is 6% more, but the reality is that's a losing pool switch.

TIA

I know the feeling. I'm supposed to be making $4 a day using Tribus on Zpool... Not the case. Feels like I'm making less than a dollar day.

Can anybody tell me why are all the pools payouts so low compared to other sites? I'm scratching my head here.

I Am new to mining and using Nvidia cards GTX 1070 total 4cards i want to ask
whether Nvidia cards software version affects the hashrate? because mine is updated version 390 while in zpool website i didnt see anyone using this version
also please help how to calculate daily profit for the currency i am mining example CRC coin which shows (0.45790) what does this means?
thanks

Driver version can have an effect on hash rate. Though from personal experience, it's usually negligible. I'd guess the reason you see older versions in the benchmark data is mainly that it doesn't pose any benefit to do frequent driver upgrades. It'd just be wasted time. Especially for a rig which has many GPUs and a weak CPU. Upgrading can take a long time in certain cases. And then there's the risk that the newer driver will be buggy or introduce new problems.

"If it ain't broken, don't fix it."

As for neoscrypt profitability, multiply 0.45790 by your hashrate in MH/s, and the result is the value you would receive after a day of mining if that profitability estimate holds true, measured in milliBTC or mBTC. If you're being paid in something other than BTC, you'll get the equivalent amount of that coin when it's added to your balance.

thanks for the feedback

for neoscrypt mining using Nvidia 1070 (4 card) i am getting 3080.4 kH/s. Is it good enough? also which miner will you recommend for these nvidia cards.

Too many miners on NeoScrypt IMO.. I run one 1080Ti and most of my coin mined percentages are always like 0.005% or something in that valley. Cant see how its a profitable pool AT ALL!

I'm shocked to see for a site I always talk so highly of is so bad when it comes to feedback.

Site is still taking a beating... DDoS attacks perhaps?

in the last hour the balance and charges do not increase
maining works without stops
what happened?
Thanks

Yeah, that started happening a lot recently, especially with Neoscrypt. As for the figures not going up still baffles me. I see Ahash, Hashrefinery and Miningpool Hub are up but Zpool is just like... Static, at the lowest of all the pools according to Awesome Miner.

Whats wrong with the Zpool website? It keeps on hanging even if I spam the refresh button.

Been mining Equihash for almost the whole day now seeing it was the highest profit pool and all just to notice that my current unpaid balance hasnt increased at all In like 10 hours! Is this normal, or is Equihash like LBRY when it comes to payments, next to non existent.

Edit: screw this, I stopped mining. Basically nothing made the whole day. Nobody is paying due to the whole Asia closing shop story.

Plus the whole Zpool page isnt loading 80% of the time.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: January 10, 2018, 09:35:13 AM
Its official, this app is shit. I've switched the statistics around endlessly to get the "perfect" daily estimate ratio, and it doesnt even get CLOSE to the so said daily estimates I'm suppose to make. Whoever made up these stats when it came to profit switching need to get shot in the face. As per example Skein is suppose to give me $10 for 1080ti on Zpool.. Guess what, IT DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE!!!

Made less than a dollar in 5 hours, WTF?!?!? What a hunk of shit. Even when mining with coin Specified it still mines whatever the fuck it wants so why even have the option?!

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: January 08, 2018, 04:49:23 PM
Just how accurate are the profits per day on Awesome miner? Watched a whole bunch of Youtube vids where people claim that the profits AM gives is innacurate compared to the real worth of these said coins. Can anybody shed some light on this for me? Cause on certain sites it says I make about $9-11 a day on 24 hours statistic with my GTX 1080Ti but I'm not seeing it. Thanks.

Plus what would you guys suggest to put by statistics: Current or 24 hours?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: January 04, 2018, 05:42:22 PM
Today is 1/4/2018, I got a problem since 1/3/2018.
The problem is, AM was mining Blake2s, which gives about 1.2USD per GTX 1060, but with another algo, like Skein, it gives about 4~5USD per card. But AM didn't switch from Blake2s into better algos, is that a thing or maybe what reason is it?
I can switch manually by turning off the algo Blake2s, but I can't do it manually forever, because I would not know which is the best algo to mine at a time.
Please fix that.

Thats pretty low for a 1060. My friend's 1060 makes like $2 a day by just mining on Zpool using profit switch enabled. Make sure to enable all your pools in your algorythms section and do a precise benchmark (dont forget to save the results). Dont be an idiot and jump from one site to another because their pool is like 4x more for like the next half and hour or so, otherwise you'll never turn a profit. Choose a site and stick by them. I recommend Zpool, because they pay out on a minimum of 0.0025 BTC which can be mined in a week or so using a 1060.

Good luck.

I'm going to ask somebody to help me if possible through teamviewer to get me pass the Firewall and Anti Virus BS on Windows 10. Every time I wanna mine with CPU I always hit a brick wall with pool like Yescrypt ect ect.

Much appreciated.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: December 27, 2017, 04:00:37 PM
Hello,

is there any way how to add algorithm "yescrypt" ?
I have got ccminer with support of this algo (not included in a/m), but i am not able to learn awesome miner to use this external library.

Thanks for all folks
Please see this guide:
http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/addalgorithm.aspx

thanks, but this is guide how to add new algo into a/m. But i need to add new software-miner. This option is missing. Thanks

the guide does exactly as you asked becuase I wanted to ask the same thing but doesnt work though. My GTX 1080 Ti just stands idle the whole freaking time.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: December 27, 2017, 12:54:31 PM
Yescrypt just hangs by the auto block algorithms the whole time. It never really begins mining. Is this pool not made for Nvidia GPUs?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner]- Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 5000 miners on: December 27, 2017, 12:03:34 PM
Screw it, I'm scraping the pool. Its inaccurate and wasting my electricity. For future readers, avoid mining Keccak unspecified. Its profits per day are wrong on A/M and nobody seems to care.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Keccak question. on: December 27, 2017, 07:44:23 AM
Why is it that when I mine Keccak or SHA-3. that the readings I get using my GTX1080ti is false. I plus this pool passes the 1GH threshold but tells me I earning ALOT but not giving the estimate. Can someone please shed some light on this for me please?!

Can you give us some more information here?  Can you run the diagnostics and post the results?

I am South African so our currency is ZAR and for some reason it says the profit is R4500 per day ($361)?!
