Dear Exmo,
You are getting very bad reviews in the exmo chat...
Most people just want to know where their money is.
It just so happens to be that I am one of those people, money is missing, there is no record in transaction history.
This makes people freak out and become impatient.
If you want to help your customers, try to understand them a little more because the way things are handled right now are abysmal.
Nobody at Exmo can even tell me if my money is SAFE.
I can deal with a delay in customer support.
I can deal with waiting in line for a week.
But i cannot be expected to deal with transactions that are completely invisible, transactions with no history. I'm just supposed to sit here in anxiety that my money is floating 'somewhere'.
I'm actually considering moving to GDAX or Coinbase, please prove me wrong.
I was told i'd be contacted within the day... it's been 45 hours now.

PS: as of now exmo.com website is down...
PPS: I am seriously convinced now that EXMO has banned my IP from reaching their website. I reached support on my phone (different IP), they told me they were having trouble with the website (this part is still understandable). But now my phone IP is also blocked from reaching EXMO.com and the only way i can reach it is by using an anonymous IP.
