New Athens - A decentralized fractal multiverse

Welcome to New Athens,

We present a scalable decentralized fractal multiverse powered by Athen Nodes. The detailed architecture for an Athen Node is detailed in our white paper, and our open source code.

The core philosophy of New Athens is open everything. With our new consensus algorithm, people can save their work (from ideas, to source code, to art, etc) as "checkpoints" into New Athens, and prove in the future the origination of ideas. It is effectively an efficient and instant patent system enabling free sharing of intellectual property without fear of theft.

We enable any user to extend New Athens platform to create their own platform with their own network and their own transaction rules.

New Athens comes with inter-chain operability and liquidity between any two Athen chains. Since each Athen chain is its own network, scalability is not an issue as new networks can be created instantly.

New Athens will NEVER raise an ICO and NX the primary currency of New Athens will only be available through mining and through exchanges.

New Athens core technology will be open source and given to the public to use.

We are not building on Ethereum, we have built a scalable blockchain protocol ahead of them on a pure PoW system. New Athens uses a Lattice, which is a tree of chains, and uses a new consensus algorithm for this new architecture. Specifics can be found on the white paper and the core documentation.

New Athens comes with inter-chain operability and liquidity between any two Athen chains. Since each Athen chain is its own network, scalability is not an issue as new networks can be created instantly.

A website is coming up, but our goal is not to raise money for an ICO as we have no need for investor money.
