1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mine - GUI miner for Ethereum for your main computer on: December 24, 2017, 03:22:26 AM
Released a new version - 1.0.6566.34434

+ implemented wildcard support for conflicting apps (support * and ? characters. 'Adobe *' means any app titled 'Adobe XXXX YYY ZZZZ' where 'XXXX YYY ZZZZ' is an arbitrary string).
* fixed balance not displaying immediately after startup

Minor:
* fixed value in payout threshold hint (0.02 -> 0.2)
* fixed a crash, caused by lack of Nanopool account

Still a problem: after update the old version will continue to launch until you restart Windows

Mine is a simple to use ETH miner with graphical interface.

Download from HockeyApp

Originally, made for myself to use on my main PC. I used to run Claymore all the time, but it would constantly annoy me to to start/stop it whenever I am watching a movie, or playing Dota. I often forgot to restart miner after that, sometimes only realizing in couple of days, wasting valuable time. So I made Mine to solve that problem.

Eventually, I want to make it a full-fledged GUI miner. This first release (please, don't judge harshly, I will fix bugs!) features are:
- enter a wallet address and start mining
- specify mining intensity settings separately for the three modes: Computer Locked (default: full load), Conflicting App (like a game) is running (default: don't mine), and normal use (default: low intensity)
- specify list of conflicting apps (supports wildcards)

Restrictions and known issues:
- the only pool is nanopool; no solo
- the only miner is Claymore, not configurable, configuration only tested on GTX 10XX series cards. It might work on others as well, but was not tested
- 64-bit systems only
- hashrate appears only after ~5 mins of mining, and disappears when mode changes (due to how Claymore works)
- you still need a separate wallet

In the future (please, vote):
- show hashrate ASAP
- autodetect conflicting apps based on GPU usage
- miner autoconfig (autodetect your GPU, set optimal parameters)
- miner advanced settings
- more miners
- more pools
- solo mining

P.S. Not sure why screenshot is not displayed inline
