Is there anything I can do here?  I just sent Zcoin from an exchange to my Ledger Nano Zcash wallet?  ARGH!!!  Is there any recourse?  It shows as "complete" on my exchange.  Where does this go since it's MY address (even though it's the wrong coin)?  Thank you so much for any help.

Please help me, I don't know if this is the right forum but anyway I sent Zcoin to my Ledger Nano S Zcash Wallet.  Is there any recourse?  Where does this go?  It shows the transaction as "completed" from my exchange but I have no idea what to do.  Is it just gone?  Even though it's MY address (but the wrong coin)?   Thanks so much for any info
