BitsPoker uses Node.js.

Yet again, please stay OT.
2  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for investors | Own / Partially Own Gambling Site on: August 07, 2013, 10:04:39 AM

None of which are gambling sites.  Please stay OT.

@kopipe, I'd offer to take a screenshot of me *not* saying that but you'll just accuse me of doctoring logs/images like before so really, what's the point?

BS accusations are BS..

Never said that.  Back up your BS accusations.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I've received all investments necessary to launch.

I assume you no longer need my investment. Good luck with your launch!

Not needed however if you'd still like to I'd be willing to accept it.  I will also implement inputs and hopefully get that ad. Smiley

Feel free to PM TradeFortress.  He offered 4 digit BTC funding at first and instead we're starting off with 10 BTC.  We exchanged about 20 e-mails.

Which tells me you couldn't provide enough security to warrant a four digit loan amount.

Plus, you are a forum newbie.  Everyone should approach with caution.

I just pm'd TF about this as well. He said he has given the guy no money but was "considering investing 10BTC." This makes me think the OP is even more shady, as he's implying TF has already sent the 10 BTC and is using that to verify his worthiness.

Never said he gave money.  We were on the verge of completing the deal but he went offline.  Never implied nor insinuated he already sent the 10 BTC.  If he had, I'd just provide a link to blockchain.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I've received all investments necessary to launch. Smiley Expect a launch within the coming weeks.  If anybody happens to still be interested, I may be able to let you in with a smaller %.  Just shoot me a PM.

I got a good laugh... "verified Exchanger the world."

I love it...

Yeah seems probable someone would lose their coins if I don't have access to them.

You're so naive.  Simple - if I did ask for access, they don't invest.  I don't know if you're trolling at this point or what, but I'm laughing.

I would be naive if I believed you'd has no access to the coins, yes.

I'm glad you find my serious concerns about your idea laughable.  It shows others that real money is just a big joke for you.

You must be trolling at this point.

It's so simple...  If I ask for access - they don't invest.  What's so hard for you to comprehend?

Is English your first language?  Sheesh..
8  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for investors | Own / Partially Own Gambling Site on: August 06, 2013, 10:20:52 PM
Reread the OP...  I won't even have ACCESS to their funds.

Oh wow - you think forum newbies never lie?   Based on your very familiar aggressive attitude to those asking questions, I feel confident in upgrading to a probable loss of coins, instead of  just a good chance.

 Grin

As for the second part, I don't appreciate schema (psychologically speaking), or generalization rather.

Who cares what you appreciate?

I'm warning users that they stand a good chance of losing any coins they may send to you.

Haha.  Just going to laugh at that.

Reread the OP...  I won't even have ACCESS to their funds.

You're such a joke.
10  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for investors | Own / Partially Own Gambling Site on: August 06, 2013, 09:58:30 PM
Or he doesn't want to loan a large amount due to the nature of the loan?

As for the second part, I don't appreciate schema (psychologically speaking), or generalization rather.

@kopipe, many gambling site owners / managers don't program - to be an entrepreneur you don't NEED to know how to program.

However, it is helpful.  Regardless, I have a dev that's responsive and willing to help.  He's smart too.

If you're accusing me of falsifying a PM, just PM him yourself... Not going to put up with bullshit accusations like that.

I must say it's intriguing you ignored specific bits of my post.  Specifically the other image.
11  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for investors | Own / Partially Own Gambling Site on: August 06, 2013, 09:14:14 PM
All right, I talked to this guy and I want to tell people to take extreme caution when investing in this site.

TheCape is not the developer of the code. He bought it from someone on this forum and does not know much about programming, or mathematics for that matter.

It's very slow and all of the updates to chat, balance and etc. work by using JavaScript setInterval() instead of a more modern approach like Web Sockets. Not good for a site just launching today.

I tried to tell him one of the benefits of Socket.io (betting bots) and he told me he wouldn't want people using bet bots on the site anyway because he was afraid of betting strategies. Which legitimate casino is afraid of betting strategies? Grin He told me dooglus told him of a betting strategy where you bet one satoshi than 1BTC to raise your balance. That worked out well for celeste, didn't it? Cheesy

Further, it offers nothing not found in JustDice/Primedice and all the author did was vaguely allude to his marketing strategy. I believe he might think he has a good one, otherwise he wouldn't have bought this site. However, if it actually is a good plan is anyone's guess.

He also told me TradeFortress invested 10BTC with him. I don't think this was true, but if it is, I would like if he could confirm it. (I also sincerely hope he did not use money from Coinlenders investors on this site Wink )

Never said I was afraid of betting strategies -  I said I don't like botters.  I can show chat logs from the database.  Don't know why you'd lie.

Furthermore, we spoke about how the CPU usage issue could be easily cleared up...  Don't know why you go and publicly post that.  Whatever.

Feel free to PM TradeFortress.  He offered 4 digit BTC funding at first and instead we're starting off with 10 BTC.  We exchanged about 20 e-mails.

I'd post his e-mail here, but I don't know if he'd like that.

Regardless, it has a lot of stuff that's not in just-dice or PrimeDice.  Not in any gambling site, as a matter of fact...

I'm just not going to handout intellectual property that I value greatly.  You'll see it when I launch.

I already have an ad set-up with inputs.io, and am speaking with multiple other sites about advertising.  My marketing plan is not an issue..  It's great.

Also, you can boast about how wonderful node.js is, but just-dice is the ONLY site that uses it.

Say hi to PrimeDice:

Say hi to TradeFortress (initial PM):

Obviously the more invested that bigger max bet is allowed which usually means faster profit for both the investor and myself, however, I do have  minimum amount in mind.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top 10 Bitcoin Gambling sites...so far on: August 06, 2013, 09:05:30 AM
Surprised there's only been one mention of just-dice.
14  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for investors | Own / Partially Own Gambling Site on: August 06, 2013, 08:29:09 AM
Still speaking with prospective investors - however, PM if you're interested.

Made an edit to my post prior, go ahead and read it.

Can I get the link?

Yeah, shoot me a PM, I don't want it to be public.

I'm looking for investors for a gambling site.

I already developed the site but need capitol to run it.

PM me if you're interested, house edge will be / is 1%.

I'm willing to meet up IRL / set-up a contract.  I wouldn't have control of your funds, only over site profits.

Since I have invested in actual sites, you should try use as much capital as you have. A vps is like $20 for a month, and a domain is $10 for a year. Then after you prove the market for your site, then people should invest. Your method of raising capital before deploying is very shady.

...Looking for a bankroll not money for hosting and domain services.  I don't have enough to back the site by myself and need investors.

Can't run it without investors.

Believe me, I'd do that if I could.  However, the site is already developed and I have a demo uploaded for any prospective investors to navigate through and test.
