Hello,
I don't know who is the right person to help me but my account was hacked.
PGInvest was my account and got hacked and i can't recover it. What can i do?
I can give all the info on that account. like signature before the hack. siganture before it was changed to the pre-hack.
profile image before the one that is there now.
What can i do to recover my account?
If you read the thread, you would of come to your answer within a few replies. You need to sign an address which your account either posted publicly, or sent via a PM. if you have locked your account. nobody will be able to unlock it, you may send email to theymos but it will be difficult for him to recover your account because they are rarely do that. it will be better if you create new account and keep it secure, dont let anybody know your password also. dont use the same password in another site.
So theymos will not help me to regain my account?  I do not even know how my account was hacked, I did not click on fake links nor reset my password using fake emails and I dunno how this happened. The admins will help you recover your account if you give ample proof that the account is indeed yours, and a bit of time. Just to add to what @ikilledcobain linked, here's a guide on how to sign a message using the electrum wallet: https://www.cryptocompare.com/wallets/guides/how-to-sign-a-message-with-electrum/Feel free to ask questions. Good luck. I had another account before and I reset it wrongly with the security questions which made it locked forever and it's been a year contacting theymos about it and i fellow all of the steps mentioned in this tut with no help and i lost it forever. Are you talking about a different account? not the Amon Raa one? If so, kindly send the profile link. Also, did you actually follow the guide and signed a message using your hacked profile's wallet?
