1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia turning into a scam? on: March 08, 2018, 03:13:54 AM
My coins were "processing" since 15. February. Today Cryptopia canceled all my withdraws so I'm able atleast trade my coins to btc and try withdrawing again.

If you're calling some one out as being wrong, show some proof, it's what this thread is about after all.
You don't accept pm from newbies. Could you enable that?

There’s zero chance he would call someone a “cunt” in the old slack channel. He answered all sorts of questions, often repeatedly.
it really was once, but that dude deserved it for his behavior Smiley
Jbg promised 1.3.5 to Mac in 48 hours. But did not delivered it. That person asked him about that and said that you promised that 1.3.5 in 48 hours. At that point jbg lost it and started that. So in my opinion "that dude" did not deserve it.

he's a guy in New Zealand
I think that you are wrong here.

Also, whatever happens with XSPEC, it has yet a long way to go to reach level of assholness of Verge and DO developers.
In their Slack channel Beachguy is complete jerk. 99% of time he is rude and just attacking peoples for their opinions.
And as I recall, jbg have called other users as cunts there.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spectrecoin is dying on: March 05, 2018, 10:48:42 PM
I remember their whitepaper which I have read when the project was still in the ICO phase and it was for sure promising so I don't see why would this coin die. The developers were thoroughly committed to the project and there is no reason that the scammy business is involved here.
You have read their whitepaper? Are you seriously? They don't have any whitepaper!  Grin

My withdraws "processing" since 15. February. Total worth of 1.8btc. Opened ticket in 16. February. No answer.
I was going to put up 4 masternodes so I lose money everyday. And one coin is going to have coin swap so soon I'll only lose more money.

At one point he said (in Slack) that he doesn't have a huge amount of XSPEC. Apparently he had if he could sell some of his coins to buy flight tickets?
8  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia turning into a scam? on: February 23, 2018, 01:38:00 AM
My withdraws have been "processing" over week now.
Total amount over 1.7btc. Opened a ticket but no action from Cryptopia.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I chose not to invest in SpectreCoin (XSPEC) now on: February 16, 2018, 01:25:19 PM
Yes, Brycel did speak to the community, he is located in the Arctic.
Is he/she native to that country or moved somewhere else?
And do you mean "arctic" something like Alaska or Russia?

Could you tell, which country (or part of Europe) jbg is living? I tried to pm you, but you don's take messages from newbies.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Spectrecoin[XSPEC] TOR+OBFS4, Ring Sig, Stealth! on: January 22, 2018, 08:28:49 PM
i set up the desktop wallet today (on windows) and also received my coins from the exchange but it doesn't start staking.
i have waited the whole day now but it just doesn't stake.
in the options menu the "enable staking" is checked.
and the lock button in the upper right corner is also turned to orange (for staking only).
what else could be the reason for not staking?

Hover over staking-symbol. What does it say? Coins take about 8 hours to mature.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SALT Speculation. Is it worth it? on: December 14, 2017, 01:59:27 AM
Am I thinking this right?

If you want to get loan, you have to buy Salt coin. I would assume that if coin is valued somewhere about 100$, it may affect to the popularity of loan takers.

Total supply is 120million coins and circulating supply is 51million coins.
If Salt starts to gain higher price, they just have to release some coins and price automatically goes down? So basicly is there any way that this coin can be example $100 dollars or do they intentionally want to keep price at lower point?

Sorry for my English and hope you get my point.
