Which mining software the FPGA using? ccminer?

I have a problem with my 6*rx470.

When I try dual mining, the clock core could not be locked, it changed from 600Mhz to 1120Mhz,
So the hashrate was changing at dual mining mode.
It almost locked when only mining eth at 1120Mhz.
