Something extremely fishy about this website. I'd go about it with caution. The way the investments were done screams ponzi, but we'll wait and see
what would you expect when the main owner is a known thief (nakowa stole 1300btc from JD) Steal? He won, that's not a steal ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif)

Confused again ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Invested 0.3 BTC I still have to receive: 0.44998769 BTC Balance:0.00001231 BTC When can I withdraw my invested BTC? The investor's get 2% of each ticket sold (applied to your balance each hour on the hour) So you'll receive your full BTC0.45 once they sell enough tickets to cover that. Of course that 2% is split proportionately between the investors based on how much they invested. Right now you're free to withdraw your BTC0.00001231 or wait until they sell more tickets and you get more. Note: This is only my understanding, I'm pretty sure it's right but if Yabtcl could confirm this it'd be helpful. Perfect, this is exactly how the system works. But let me help you guys, as my investment system isn't that simple, I will allow you to ask here if you want your investment back. I will return it if, at the time I see the request, no ticket or pool were bought or activated to the next draw. I will return it with no profit at all. Example: IdealDarkness invested 0.3, with the tickets bought we paid him 0.00001231. So, if he request the investment back, we will credit his account with 0.29998769. This amount plus 0.00001231 will sum up 0.3 Well, I'll take that opportunity. I think it was a huge misunderstood for my part. So, If u credited my account, it would be nice. Sorry for inconvinience ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif)

I was also thinking another, rational, explanation for this heavy gambler. Suppose he invested two third of the money (now it would be 20K) of the current bankroll (30K) and decides to advertise the website (like putting on reddit "he is the whale of just-dice"). If he wages totally 50K he has an expected loss of 167B, but then in a couple of days the website may as well gets 50K in other wages (thanks to the "advertisement of the whale") and then he would earn 333B. The fact he keeps playing could be explained by a lower adversarial variance he has since he would be both an investor and a player.
Also in this case lowering the max-bet would make this strategy difficult
Exactly, max bet is the key of the story.

Think doog has to maximize the bets, 10-20 BTC, or sg else. If he won't do that, the site will be destroyed in a week by Nakowa....
We should coin the term "investors fallacy." The mathematical correct thing to do to push profit in your favor is to pump the house edge. Variance will flicker around a quicker growing profit line. Minimum bet can be raised to full Kelly, or kept at fractional Kelly. Don't know. Every site has 1% or lower house edge ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

"I'm quite tempted to just give up on this whole thing. It looks like the site is simply at nakowa's mercy. He's promised me in the past that he won't play any more, but never sticks to his word. So what do I do? Continue to let the investors take these horrific losses?"
Well, that's a two edged thing... When U+Investors are in profit, I'm sure U+Investors doesn't care all of the people who had losses. Now U+Investors are in loss, don't think nakowa won't play anymore. Let's be honest, If u find the winning strategy, or simply U have luck, won't U do the same?

What if Nakowa will robb all the profit from JD?
What if earth is flat ? Nakowa already won all the profit, since site is in -. Can we withdraw all of our money?
JD investment is liquid. That means you can divest at the very moment you like, and withdraw if hot wallet has enough funds (refilled daily). Ok, but how do I know how much is the "enough" funds ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)
