Hey everyone,
I'm a freelance writer looking to work with themes that overlap with my hobbies. I have been in this business for a while, and even have 2 clients that i've met through this forum (i can ask them to vouch for me later if needed).
I'm mainly looking to write for sites/blogs about:
- crypto (daily news regarding coins, market movements, icos, project updates) - e-sports (tournament recaps, previews, team profiles) - sports betting (all major sports reviews, upcoming events, recaps)
I'm interested in finding long term partners, with high demand for quality articles. If you're interested, you can PM me or msg me on Telegram (@Myjoula).

Is this the right section for this post? kek
Anyway, the idea looks nice. I'll give it a go on beta.

I think its gonna time some time to iron out the system... For now, we should just focus on providing quality content and good discussions on the subforums. I do think it's gonna be very tough to reach 100 merits for the Full Member rank though.

Why not do both? You dont need to chase every single bounty out there, it is farily easy to spot the good ones and focus on them (and not waste time on a bunch of bad projects).

I dont think any country is going to outright ban Bitcoin in the foreseeable future. And if they do, it will probably be a ban on all cryptocurrencies, not just BTC (and the country will probably release its own coin and force it down the people throat)

I wouldnt put cryptocurrencies in a top 7 for safest investment. But then again, i don't think being 'safe' is the only thing you should take into consideration when deciding how to invest...

Start with the quantity you can afford dude. Dont let others discourage you from investing, even if only a small amount. Just research and avoid as much fees as you can, because they can eat a lot into your investment if you don't start with much.

Ethereum has a much more ambitious project, i don't think both coins can even be compared right now... I think waves will still have a healthy niche market for fast and simple coin creation, but nothing beyond that.

I think only Bitcoin and Ethereum would apply to that logic. The 2 biggest coins with the best track record and still a lot of potential growth in the future. Forever is too much though, in my opinion.

The whitepaper explains everything you need to know about the coin. I suggest you (and most of the people who replied to this thread) spend some time giving it a read. It's great.

This advice was good back then (right before our run to 20k) and is also good now. Dont get desperate because we havent seen growth in the short team. If you believe in the technology its very easy to hold and just relax.

Bitcoin can also lose you money while you asleep, also keep that in mind... It can and will work both ways.

I think 4k will be low by the end of the next year. If the ethereum developers can deliver on a good scaling solution it will blow up immensily in price and adoption.

Its always good to diversify your portfolio - 'never put all your eggs in one basket' kinda thing. I also advise everyone not to hold only altcoins, always keep a portion of your investment in bitcoin.

I second the opinion of OP. Ripple has no business being bunched together will all other cryptocurrencies. It works against our vision and what we strive for as a community.

Wise words. A lot of people get burned trying to chase every single 'moon shot' there is - they end up FOMOing on ATHs and panic selling when things start going sour. Just buy and have patience.

The market's free hand will eventually figure out a price in which buyers will be in an equilibrium with sellers, settling on a new price. There's no scenario where no one wants to buy bitcoin for any price.
