I still I haven't send the funds because the fees are awful these days.
I'm sure it works now,but the fees are extremely high.
What can be done with the fees? is there any other way?
Also I have one more question: How to generate a new wallet using electrum and transfer the funds there ?
Please explain with few steps

I got the 12-word seed.
I saw the page of Electrum you gave me.
Can you explane me a bit more please in a few steps how exactly should I do this import?
Should I install Electrum first?

Hi guys,
Since a week I have  some error and i cant use the coins. 
I use blockchain wallet, I receive the coins but can not send.
When I try to press the button to send, some error appear written with the red letters::

BitcoindException(super=com.neemre.btcdcli4j.core.BitcoindException: Error #-25: Missing inputs, code=-25)

I have one unconfirmed received transaction in my wallet since 10 days ago. Can this be the reason? 
I think is a bug, but I dont know how to fix it.
I wrote many times to their support,I still have no answer.
Please help and tell what to do.
