Reasoning: I have been a small scale miner since January 2012 and have been accessing the publically available forum pages for some time now. I have only recently signed up and believe I can assist the community with my hardware and network knowledge - as well as learning and integrating more with alternative crypto-currencies.

I have been looking at the market for some time now for ASIC based hardware.
There is currently no ASIC hardware available for immediate despatch. All manufactures/vendors are only taking pre-orders. [Excluding the USB Block Erupter - which is available currently].

Great write up and excellent information. It is good to see that you diversified your investment into ‘crypto-currency’ using mining, purchasing and investments. I have been in the crypto-currency sidelines for a little while now with minimal miners only. Will take some info from this thread and re-invest my hardware/options.
