I'm guessing all orders up to the end of July are due for September delivery?

Nope, for example my order is from end of June/early July and I got from KnC staff an early October shipping statement.

I personally will make my decision around mid-September, if Iīm asking for refund.
In 2 weeks, Iīm probably/hopefully able to make a better estimation where difficulty goes until October/November, next increase will be interesting, further I will factor in of course, which News we get from KnC within these 2 weeks.

Still possible that shipment starts until then.
I still trust these guys, canīt explain why, itīs a gut.

I was just expecting cause of the KnC "we are ahead of schedule" statement, that they will start shipping in early September tbh.
General September delivery was their first announcement for day 1 and day 2 orders, so latest date would be 30th of September.
That they are ahead as they say, means to me, they will start shipping earlier than 30th of September.

My order should be shipped cause of the saved time then already at the end of September.

Anyways, no one knows, the next 2 weeks will be really exciting ones.

I'm still hoping they'll give Gen 1 purchasers a significant break on Gen 2 devices, especially if ROI becomes elusive for those receiving October shipments. Us October folks could be in a tough spot with Sept. miners getting a head start and November units significantly less expensive.

If you're reading this KNC, can you address these concerns?

This!!!

Sitting in the same boat with my right after day 2 order 2xxx, according to KNC, early October shipment.

October customers are pretty much toast how it seems, September buyers will make their ROI (assuming they start shipping in mid-september) and in November devices according to KNCīs statement will cost a lot less.

Imo, KNC should figure something out for customers who are sitting in this October sandwich, to honour the trust these folks showed with pre-ordering, at least if they start shipping late, .

Iīm also wondering about, why KNC canīt (or they wonīt?) tell excact shipping dates.
Thatīs especially for the October customers very important to know.

In 5 weeks we are at the end of September already and every production company of the world should know 5 weeks before deadline an exact shipping date.
Theres no way they donīt know if everything is on track as they say (or even ahead of timeline).

So, that opens discussion for two different scenarios.

First, they wonīt tell us, cause they are very confident to start shipping very soon (within next 2 weeks) and they donīt want to give out too much information to their competitors.
Next announcement of them would be in 2 weeks, start of shipping (If Iīd be them and Iīd be more or less ready to ship, Iīd do it like this without announcing anything else before anymore).

Or sceanrio 2, they really canīt say cause of unknown variables (they donīt know if they get everything on time from their suppliers) and that would make it pretty unrealisitic that they start shipping in September.

Hi all,

first Post for me here.
Iīm using Bitcoin-qt in combination with Armory.

Nice software which allows you to create pretty easy an 100% safe offline wallet (that was the most important reason for me to take that one).

-Cheers
