Some questions...

- Fidelity...  ...what does this number mean.  Can I relate Fidelity to maybe intensity or Mh/s?

- Intensity...   ...what is the default intensity?  Any recommendations for intensity numbers for any AMD video cards?

Comments...

- Web monitor...  ...figured out 127.0.0.1:22333 for the web interface.  Might want to put that in the Readme

- While there is a temperature limit set point, NBMiner is not getting each video card temperature.  Had to go into the AMD driver software and control/adjust the fan speeds.

Cannot relate.  I have payouts set to LTC.  Paid 18 minutes ago, 12 hours ago and 23 hours ago.

I would recommend LTC as a payout.

I don't know what you are talking about.  This pool is great.  Earning 0.00003562 in the past 24 hours.

Payouts in LTC happen every 12 hours.  Only ever had 1 missed payment in about 3 months that was paid after about 2 days.

What pool has a better rate of earnings than this???

I guess I am lucky and I have gotten paid 2 hours ago and 14 hours ago.  I really have not had any payment issues yet.  I am getting paid in LTC.

Unfortunately I am having disconnect issues about every hour where my last disconnect lasted about an hour!

I switched to zPool for awhile; however, apparently D3Pool with disconnects is better than zPool without disconnects.

Go D3Pool GO!  You can be better than all!

Issue is resolved for me.  The website indicates full payment for the last 12 hours and a correction for the no TX payment transaction.

Same here...   ...website claims a payment 11 hours ago; however, no TX and LTC wallet doesn't show the transfer.

Also weird is that it was a partial balance payment.  Prior 12 hours was a full balance payment; however, split into two transactions.

I somehow found source code for some version of cgminer at GitHub:

Within this C file there is a function that matches the error message called "read_temp_func".  This "read_temp_func" runs forever as its own thread reading the temperatures from each ASIC at READ_TEMPERATURE_TIME_GAP intervals.  According to this code the only way this Kernal Log message occurs is if ALL ASIC temperatures cannot be read.

Thus, and I claim, if it really was a hardware problem, the Kernal Log should be swamped with these error messages.  Since that is not true, I claim there is some software issue.  Given my logs it appears that every time the D3 tries to switch between pools there is a "read_temp_func" error.

A result of this error, and according to the C file, the fans should switch to 100% duty cycle until the D3 can read atleast one of the ASIC's temperature sensors.

Therefore, I am not going to worry about this error pattern.
