I have 150 shares in this, I hope bobsag3 or thomas_s replies or makes some kind of posts. Seems like the last post they made was them receiving the prototype unit or whatever. At this point I would like a refund as well.
5  Economy / Computer hardware / WTS: 45 Technobit Minion board lot from Minion chip assembly group buy. on: August 16, 2014, 12:42:08 PM
Looking to sell boards from the R17/Minion group buy

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=682105.0

I have a total of 360 minion asics that can be assembled into a total of 45 boards. Half of the chips will be used for the assembly costs. I will ask if bobsag3 or thomas_s to have technobit boards shipped to you directly.

Each board is ~400ghs. This is just the board only, coolers, PSUs, controllers, and cables etc must be supplied by yourself.

Looking to sell the whole lot of 45 boards or you may choose to buy the 360 minion asics.

Asking 350.00 USD per board, total of 15750.00 USD.

BTC payment and Escrow preferred.

How is this going to work say if we get X-3s shipped like a few units at a time? Are payouts only going to start once we get all the machines up and running?
9  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Closed]R17x: Black Arrow Prospero X-3 <DZMC Exclusive> $130 / 40GHS on: July 20, 2014, 01:37:00 AM
With the lack of communications and updates from BA I would be more for to get something hashing ASAP. For all we know BA could just delay the X-3 further into August and beyond or just go bankrupt and not deliver the X-3s pulling a HashFast. At least with the chips we can for sure guarantee some sort of hashing going since BA is just leaving everyone in the dark now.

If bobsag3 or thomas_s can give us some numbers and their plan for converting to chips->boards at least we can see what we would be gaining/losing and take a vote on it. (Even though we're already in a losing situation)

I think bobsag3 or thomas_was saying that we would get more hashrate from getting the chips instead of the machines. Even if extra fees are taken out per payout i would think it would even out.

The minion route seems like the better option and definitely has my vote. How much fees are we looking at to pay for them along with the colocation fees?

Is there another option besides the arctic cooler posted above? Or will any 1155 heatsink/fan work?

Is it still possible to get a refund? I'm beginning to lose faith in BA with the lack of updates, unless they up their compensation.

bobsag3 or thomas_s: If we stay in the group buy then do we get the extra 25% hash that was promised by BA?

Are we getting the 25% hash of what we paid for in this GB that Black Arrow offered for customers that bought machines from them?

My relative and his family are coming into town in about two weeks. If HF doesn't deliver by then, then ill explain the situation to him and show him the TOS and how it was changed etc and see what he says. I dont think it would hurt to get free lawyer consulting lol.
