Very unprofessional from those guys at bitgrail. they don't know how to respond to customers and there is nowhere written that minimum withdraw is 100

I think that is written somewhere or maybe that was the minimum deposit was 100 otherwise it wouldn't be credited. In any case the restrictions on withdrawals are obviously a ploy to keep your money there because that is the only coin they have of value. To BitGrail add more coins of value if you feel this will screw your business!

The minimum withdrawal has always been there I believe. The minimum deposit is just strange, especially because they encourage you to send over at least a 1000 rai, otherwise you'll be charged 5 rai.

I think that people are angry now because they've implemented a restriction (without announcement) where you need to verify yourself prior to being able to withdraw (no verification required up to 0.5 BTC). Even when you're verified, you can only withdraw 1.5 BTC per day. It's absolutely ridiculous, but also mind blowing that they'd rather spend time implementing features to "lock people in" rather than resolve the issues their platform is dealing with....

The whole reason they need to lock people in in the first place, isn't necessarily coins of values... It's their arrogant behaviour to users, their incapability to handle criticism and the fact that they're unable to keep the exchange running.

Hi all,

I just stumbled upon this project yesterday, and it honestly looks very interesting. I'm intrigued to invest!

There are a couple of concerns though. Many ICO projects seem rather fishy, and especially with the extreme price surge of the Bitcoin, I feel like I should be wary of projects that have been announced after this price surge (Like Algory). Hopefully some of you can help me with those concerns.

Furthermore, I've got some questions.

- The hardcap.
I read in the comments in this thread, that regardless of whether they'll reach the hardcap, they will continue on their project. Does anyone have a legitimate source?

- Coin distribution.
What happens to the remainder of the coins? Will they be distributed?

- Crowdsale.
The crowdsale has been up for a couple of days now, and not even 5% has been reached. Yes it's a new project, but I find this quite troublesome.

Thanks!

Yes, we are have been working on our project. We will launch it, but for sure not as quick as we wish it to happen.

Unsold token
We consider post-sale for further financing. But at this  moment we hope  that launching demo/mvp version will help to gather more people interested in our project.
But to be clear we are not going  to sell  unsold token on market.

Thank you for your response! Smiley

When was the initial launch date, and what is the expected launch date now?

I was also wondering whether there is a discord channel/another forum where I can find more information about this project and whether there is a minimal buy-in price? Or can I for example donate just 0,2 eth?

I think we make similiar marketing campaign that many other project that as you mentioned gather millions. But ICO industry has been changing. It is not as easy to find people interested in ICO as it was even few months ago. But anyway we are working on our tools so hopefully in next few months MVP version will be launched.

How come it's harder now? Too many ICO's around?

I've only recently discovered XRB and I'm about half way through digesting the whitepaper. This sounds technically better then IOTA, yet has flown under the radar all this time. Is there a specific reason it's so undervalued? Any significant downside I'm missing from the white paper? I'm close to a buy decision and I'd like a critical view on it.

It was likely overlooked because of the initial distribution model.  There was a flood of people filling out captchas and constantly spamming and complaining about it wherever it was mentioned, essentially drowning out anything else and likely pushing some investors away.  Now that it's over the focus is back on the tech behind it and interested has resumed.

This.

The only problem now are the exchanges Smiley

Do you know why it is hard to add XRB to exchanges? Firstly, it is NOT a Litecoin clone - totally original and different tech. Second, each wallet needs to "mine" their TX by proof of work. SO imagine receiving and sending all those transactions by the exchanges and consuming CPU power. They have to dedicate two or three servers just for Raiblocks. For the individual user, it's ok but for a hub of many transactions?

so you  are saying that  it  will be hard   for  Railblock  to be  added  on  popular exange?

Isn't there a rumour of Binance adding XRB?
Edit:spelling

I haven't heard of this, there's a tweet where they reached out to Bittrex though... Hopefully they'll be listed on another exchange soon, I feel very uncomfortable with Bitgrail & Mercatox. The project looks solid, but the amateuristic way both these exchanges are dealing with Rai at the moment are making me lose trust.

The price on Bitgrail just dropped to 7600 sats, it's probably panic selling, but there's a lot of rumours surrounding manipulation.
