I dont know whats happened recently because my support tickets used to ge answered within a few days. Now its like they dont care

It has been over a week since my BTC-E account was suspended as it was reported that i was hacked, They immediately suspended the account and requested IP address, transaction history etc. I have submitted multiple tickets, even one in Russian and there have been no responses. Even submitted two PM messages here to the btc-e.com member with no replies.
So to the multiple people here who also have money locked up in suspended accounts are we ever going to get it back?

Hello, My account has be suspended since i reported being hacked a week ago. sent all the information they requested and then added two users on skype..

the first one has not added me yet and the second added me almost instantly, asking for username and ticket. then asked for screenshot of deposit into the account and my email address. They then followed on telling me to fix the problem i had to deposit over 2 bitcoins into my account... and after 6 confirmations it would automatically unlock my account. When i asked if they could look up my email address with my username they got extremely defensive... and deleted me on skype.
So im wondering was this the real support and is there anychance that they will actually repsond to my ticket and fix the issue?
