BTCBTCBTCWilling to offer 24 hours of mining time directly to a BTC wallet for help resolving my GPU issue. My rig with 3 GTX 1070ti is averaging .0013 BTC per 24 Hours on zpool profit switching.
Has anyone run into Fail to POST to BIOS (Let alone Windows). I am using Awesome Miner. The issue I am facing occurs after adding more than 3 Cards to my Miner. 4 or more cards results in failure to POST. I intend to buy a few more RIG's worth of parts based off Angry Chicken's specs here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ad5ZqwR-d-0 but, I want to ensure it will work prior to committing to further capital investment.
I have tried adding the cards in different orders to see if it changes the FAIL to POST to BIOS. I have checked each Riser to ensure its not a bad riser. I have checked everyslot on the board for proper function as well. None of these variables seem to affect the failure to POST which leads me to believe there is a hardware issue/limitation. Does the RAM or CPU determine how many GPUs I can run off Risers? Using Risers ver6 with Molex.
