I made a purchase through BitPay. Purchase failed, payment was frozen. I want to return bitcoin, but such a problem - they "freeze" the rate and return as much as in USD at the time of purchase was.

In short, I paid 0.5 BTC - then it was 400 USD, now its much, much more.
And they will return bitcoins in the equivalent of 400 USD, and not 0.5 bitcoins. Is it normal?!

They have it in Terms (https://bitpay.com/about/terms#refunds-and-adjustments), but 9.1.1 was added after my payment. At the time of my purchase there were no such conditions (web. archive.org confirms).

What to do? How to return 0.5 BTC, not 400 USD?

Делал покупку на сайте через BitPay. Покупка не прошла, платеж завис. Хочу вернуть битки, но такая петрушка - они "замораживают" курс и возращают столько, сколько в USD на момент покупки было.

Короче говоря, платил 0.5 - тогда это было 400 баксов, сколько сейчас - сами знаете.
И вернут они битков в эквиваленте 400 баксам, а не 0.5 биткоинов. Нормально?!

Это у них прописано в Terms (https://bitpay.com/about/terms#refunds-and-adjustments), но пункт 9.1.1 был добавлен после моего платежа, то есть на момент моей покупки таких условий не было (web.archive.org подтверждает).

Что делать? Как вернуть 0.5, а не 400 баксов?
