Wondering if the people who are getting their issues resolved (if any) simply don't bother to tell us

Hello Everyone,

I am writing to raise awareness of my situation.
7 days have passed since i submitted my ticket for profile verification issues.
I have submitted a clear and concise ticket with proper documentation.
Still no reply.

Im doing some information gathering and wondering if anyone reading this has had any recent interaction with Poloniex support.
Any tickets submitted after Aug 1st been replied to or resolved?
