The missing 2500 ltc Ticket #GRO-777-70730 Ticket #SJP-682-93550 I'm not sure if this ticket exists because my btc-e support account is disabled. I was a major trader on btc-e platform. But since then I have stopped trading on btc-e for 50 days. Everyday my main work is to post new ticket and ask support A2 to deal with my swallowed 2500 ltc. |

It is rediculous!!!
50 days now. Btc-e still do not resend my 2500 ltc. It looks like they totally won't return my coins.
What's more, My btc-e support account is disabled. They forbid me to post new ticket!!!!

From 2012Q4 to 2013Q4, mtgox sold 1442867.6 bitcoin totally. It is possible that something happened to mtgox's bot software, so the software only performs sell but not buy

That company in HONKONG seems to have done nothing but in the leaked database a user ID TIBANNE_LIMITED_HK is created. This user is recorded first on Aug. 27th 2011 and it seems to own a quite high privilege. To be specific, the analysis by HTCFOX shows that it can trade without any processing fee. This user traded totally 2.8M BTC and 350M USD till the shutdown of MT.GOX. Especially, HTCFOX figured out that the initial trade by that user happened at Aug 27th 2011 7:48. It bought 1BTC with USD and then at the same time it sold 1 BTC to JPY. All the two trades had no processing fee. HTCFOX calls everybody to share the speculation from this result. 2, The privilege user, TIBANNE_LIMITED_HK operated in the same way till 2013. From March 2013 the name of that user has been changed to THK. The most specious part is, from March 2013, which was thought to be the start of 2013’s Bitcoin bullish, this user only did SELL… Though no much deeper analysis, HTCFOX simply doubts MT.GOX did some bad insider trade and lost quite a lot of BTC/FIAT. If the leaked database is consistent, including HTCFOX, I think everyone got goxxed should feel very sick with that French fucker…

Well.... I recieved a message again...
Based on my logins and chat history, they concluded that my account was hacked indeed, and re-opend it.
Soo... after two weeks my issue is resolved.
If you have not the connections with moderators like sinx13 has, I suggest you walk through te following procedure, and (in my case) if you are really a victim of hacking, your account will probably re-opend after two weeks:
- Submit a couple of tickets in English as well as in Russian
- Submit these tickets under different issues. I.e. 'Account hacked' and 'account blocked'
- Write down some detailed information. Login autorization e-mails and troll histories.
- Wait...
- Wait...
- Wait... and reply on your ticket you are waiting some time now
- Wait...
- You will recieve a reply with te reason why your account is banned
- Reply that you aware of this but, IF you are really hacked, this ain't your fault (submit again detailed information, chatlogs, autorizations)
- Wait...
- Finally your account wil be enabled again.
So, this is al lot of waiting, but don't worry, if you really are a victim, you get it back, in my case, with my funds still on it...

I'm hacked , hacker pretend to be btc-e support and get a lot of information from me. He applied to change my account email. I find it in time and applied to ban the new email. I'm now still struggling with the hacker, hacker open a new ticket every day to claim the original email is hacked and the new email is right. I open two new ticket to claim my original email is right and the new email is registered by hacker |

Live longer, with less stress: please avoid BFL, Hashfast, Mt.Gox, BTC-E and Cryptsy  BTC-E is OK, did you read the link quoted above? also, Cryptsy has issues but they are legit. But the support continue to ask me to deposit 10 btc to an address. I'm wondering if he is a real support. “The support” can ban my account, it look that he is a real support. But why his request is so strange?
