Hi peled1986, I have 2 questions.
1. BTC rised quite a lot since the announce of pre-sale.
will the pricing be cheaper to reflect the BTC rise? I think it will be fair to person who
exchange fait to BTC then buy in the ipo.
2. Why you founders (developers) have such few shares (8%).
Usually when a investor see the founder or CEO has too few shares (in your case 8%), he will doubt that if the CEO has enough incentive to make the company/project big.
and will easily think that you just want to be a paid developer instead of making the product well adopted.

I think you have to start the wallet with the -reindex command option. Put it in your shortcut or icon on your desktop. Restart the wallet with it. Then take the sync option out.

You could try re-indexing it?
thanks. but how to re-index it? I just follow the steps in page 1. use the config file (BitcoinDark.conf ), and removed all the stuff in roaming dir except .wallet and config file, then restart the wallet client. |

Hi, I still have sync problem. I downloaded the config file on page 1, and followed the instructions. but still have 0 connections. Is it a known problem, and will there be a new wallet release? Edit: after quite a long time, it start syncing  -> OK It was syncing, but never finish. stuck on 100001 block. Anybody has same problem? I followed all the steps on page one. Shall I edit the config file ? today still stuck at 100001/100676, Am I the only one that have wallet sync problem? would appreciate if I could get some help. thanks! need some help, wallet sync problem. thanks! I wan't to try sending fund with the "out of sync" status. But most of fund goes to "Stake", only a very little in "Spendable", so when I send fund, it shows "The amount exceeds you balance", How to make all my fund "Spendable"? It's really bad that my BTCD stuck in the wallet for weeks when I want to transfer it. (it WAS good when the supernet ICO.) |

edit the config file in notepad, and be very careful to save it as "all files" not "txt file" in dialgue box. safest is to create a completely new notepad file that has never been saved as txt, paste in config, and save as all files / .conf

But one thing I don't know: the supernet is a NXT asset, but if supernet's market value is over the whole nxt market value, can it still be trading in the Nxt AE? what is the math in there?

1. Should Android wallet based on the GO stuff?
2. Will Tachikoma leave some design documents, I mean not only code, but things like use case, class diagram, sequence chart ,state machine... just like a real software engineering process.
This makes other engineer(s) easy to catch up.
And a good design makes easy to maintain and add new features.

Whats new with Mastercoin? - Mastercoin-explorer has been down for weeks, is Tachikoma still working on this project? Amir Taaki said something about MSC devs leaving to work on Ethereum. Any truth behind this?

Maran (Tachikoma) has a fantastic talent for breaking new ground and doing things which have never been done before, and although he hasn't confided in me on the topic, from public records I think it is safe to say that he has done quite well financially due to his involvement with our project, so he has more flexibility to do whatever he pleases now. I believe he's got a post prepared about what he plans to do next with Etherium, which you should see shortly. Hopefully he'll get their scripting language all ironed out so we can steal it once it is working  I'd also like to take this time to mention that one of the things that really made this project standout from the beginning was JR's attitude.
JR has some real class, something alot of us are lacking.
As far as I can tell he never went over to the dark side (you know, name calling and negativity). I think one of the best examples of this was Peter Todd's passion about the project at the beginning of this tread. I think it says alot to have won over someone as brilliant as he to work on the project.
Thanks! I try to not write anything I wouldn't want my family to see Peter is awesome. Just a couple days ago we had a very productive discussion about the spec, and he raised some great points about some of our planned future features which I'm working on getting into a pull request. Asking for help.
My Nxt client 0.5.8 ran well last week, but yesterday I closed it abnormally (just close without using Control C.)
Now my balance is correct in Nxt Blockchain exploer, but shows 0 Nxt banlance in the client.
And I downloaded 0.5.9, still 0 banlance,
turn back to 0.4.8, still 0 banlance shows in the client.
Anybody can solve my problem? Many thanks!
Try go back to 5.8, (or 5.9) delete the transactions.nxt and block.nxt files. Restart the Java client and allow it to re-build its local blockchain, then connect with yr browser. Thanks for the answer, but after doing that, I still have 0 Nxt banlance showed in my browser. While Nxt Blockchain has correct balance. And and Java client shows : ---- NRS 0.5.8 started successfully And I also tried 5.9, problem still not solved. Edit: and in my browser, "My transactions", "unconfirmed transactions" all shows 0. |

I also agree with the 5% thing.
And may I suggest, if we can take back any BTC, we also give a certain percentage to the lawyer. for example 10%- even 20%.
Since if we can not take back the BTC, we will lose it forever anyway.
Why not give the lawyer enough incentive, let him work hard to fight for it?
And I believe that we don't have enough to pay for the lawyer now,
so with the BTC price high now, giving him a pie ahead maybe a good way.
What percentage is appropriate should be discussed here.
