Hi,

I asked kraken to send my euro back to my SEPA bank account on 12-05-17 and the status since then is still "sending". Kraken promises to send fiat currency within 5 workdays.

Now I am waiting for than 10 days and Kraken support is not answering to my requests for solving the issue.

Does anyone has similar issues and knows a way to get it solved?
