Hi guys, I'm new to this so bear with me, please.

I am a property developer in the Northeast of Brazil (Aracaju, Sergipe). I have recently licensed a property development - an eco-friendly homes gated community. I have a few questions I hope you can help with:

1) How does one go about smart contracts, for purchase agreements, for instance?
2) Since the project is aimed at the international market, expats mostly in the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. Would you suggest a marketing platform which eases the use of bitcoin?
3) In Brazil finance is scarce and, when available, expensive. We have, thus, been seeking international funding. Is there a bitcoin (crowd)funding - equity and/or debt - platform I could resource to?
4) Is it possible to set up a payment plan option in bitcoin? How would that work?
