1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin scale in 5-10years? on: February 13, 2018, 04:14:38 PM
I believe that in 10 years there are lot of possibilities that is value be 0 and we had forgotten it. Keep your feet on the floor.

That would be like Nokia vs iPhone. It's possible, but who knows. One thing is certain - Bitcoin's supply is decreasing and its price in the near future should really skyrocket (even if it gets overtaken by another cryptocurrency)
2  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Blockchain 3.0 on: February 13, 2018, 03:19:21 PM
Blockchain is a type of DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology). DAGs that are used by Nano and IOTA are also DLTs, but they're not blockchains. Blockchain uses POW for transaction verification, which is not efficient and doesn't scale. POS introduces centralisation issues. Overall, I don't think that blockchain is an efficient DLT. I think the future of DLT will be something completely different than blockchain. Something with instant transactions like Nano and smart contracts like Ethereum.

ICX still has a lot of room to grow I agree with the general look here, but I think if we're comparing apples to apples - you're better off with NEO. It's more mature at this stage and has other projects that 'stack' well with it like the key and trinity.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] Stone - DAG Data-Structured Private Cryptocurrency on: February 01, 2018, 01:04:47 AM
So in the end - is Stone going to be a legit project or is this an attempt to make money?
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could the Bitcoin price by the end of 2018 only 4000$ - 6000$? on: February 01, 2018, 12:58:25 AM
Exchanges are overloaded with new people waiting to invest. The crypto has never had this much publicity before and also bitcoin touched $20k in 2017. I reckon $4k-$6k is possible but it would have to be due to some panic selling/massive fud. Perhaps if US/China/Japan/Korea government stepped in to incur sanctions on crypto. At the moment this is unlikely to happen, therefore I hope for a bullish trend around April.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 👽 [ANN][BIS]Bismuth - New Language, Free DAPPs, Cryptopia, HEAT on: January 30, 2018, 11:56:48 PM
Any idea why there was so much volatility on Cryptopia? Bismuth seems to be going -15 +15 every 2 hours
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Launching ] Achilles - PoW - Algorithm: Scrypt on: January 30, 2018, 11:35:23 PM
Interesting idea, but how will the wallet get the biometric signature? Is it compatible with say iphone's fingerprint scanner?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CellBlocks [ANN] Creating an Economy for Inmates in the Prison System on: January 30, 2018, 11:24:26 PM
This will be a very niche coin. I don't see it being kicking off unless you already have some partnerships with prisons arranged.
