So much fuss about decentralised exchange because they will never ask for your KYC, they dont care to know your identity but the exchange which happen to be centralized or pseudo-decentralized will rip you off with your identity.
I always prefer exchanges like etherdelta and idex which ask for no compliance. Say Yes to such exchanges and in coming future the demands for such exchanges will surely grow exponentially.

Bittrex, polonies, binance are some of reputative exchanges which tens to delist coins which are not active. Delist can also happen when a team abandon its project of are declared bankrupt.
Make sure that the coin you hold is atleast o 3-4 exchanges so that if one exchange delist it then you still have other options to cash out your remaining tokens or coins.

Friday night is the best time in my opinion, because all busy people finally get time on these days. You will understand it with experience that most views come son saturday and sunday and posting a announcement thread on friday night is perfect to get your pitch in their eyes.

Cant say about other parts of the worlds but my Continent Europe has maximum cashless transactions. from marble stores to vegetables all you can buy electronically and pay electronically. We happen to withdraw physical cash may be once a month just to pay transport fees in villages.
In some parts of Ukrain you can even buy stuffs with bitcoins and litecoins, but these types of shops are available in limit.

Well said. be a early adopter but it must not be mistaken that all ICOs are not worth a early adoption, even at the ethereum icos no one was sure and ost people bought it after the crash of bitcoin market thinking it will help to create a better platform for erc-20 tokens. Market just happen to get in mood now, the bitcoin is up 40 percent of previous month. I fear that it will not cross below 4000 usd now, so the people who were starving to get cheap bitcoims at price of 2k usd will have to eventually buy at 5000 usd, who knows next stop now will be 10,000 usd..🤭
