1  Economy / Speculation / Re: How low will bitcoin go? on: January 11, 2018, 12:05:49 PM
I believe it will stop falling at $10k max. If it'll go lower - it won't make any sense to hold it.

If it drops below 10k I will buy your bitcoins Wink

I believe it will bounce back once the news are getting more transparent. There will be no ban.

This just shows no one can predict the future. If you make your analysis yourself and ready to HODL you can make tremendous profit!

However if we reach 1,000,000 USD per BTC and stabilize for everyday payment. One satoshi would be 1 cent which would be easy to adapt! Wink

Just HODL and wait Grin

Analytic, confident and doesnt let a bet beat ruin your long term plan.

If an investor made the best alternative but the outcome was bad, it was still the right choice.

To be analytic to see different alternativt, confident enough to trust your opinion and follow the long term plan.

Why do you think so? Do not think it will be possible. Bitcoin's price seems to be really impossible to reach about 10 million dollars in the next few years. You have to wait a decade or more. We've reached the end of this year that the maximum price is 2018, which is about 40,000 dollars. If there is no barrier to any kind of confusion.

On what grounds is 40k max for 2018? In 2017 the price went up 16x. Why would 2x be max this year, with all the new coins Bitcoin is still the king.

Also the exponentiell use of electricity and waiting lines to confirm purchase are also two draw backs. I see it at the moment solely as an investment and not as a payment. But only time will tell what will happen.

I believe it is very hard to compare all these products to bitcoin. They all carry a purpose, use or service for the customer to make the everyday life more convenient. Take Bitcoin then for example, I would be afraid to use it as a payment because of the raising value in it, i rather use my credit card. Bitcoin is more like gold or other raw materials and commodities. For bitcoin to be more widely spread and accepted as a currency it have to stabilize.
