Hey, Dartharthas, can you let me know publicly or privately what name you submitted the ticket under? I'd like to assist you more, but I want to do it privately through ZenDesk. Thanks, and sorry for the delay with this!
Mandrik it's been over a week since I opened another ticket and you guys are ignoring it again. The Ben or whoever you "escalated" to hasn't replied yet at all.

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved. I just received 7 BTC from Blockchain.info. Many thanks to the amazing Bitcoin community on Reddit for bringing it their attention.

I've opened a new ticket since the last one just got closed by "Roger" without any response for a month except "We are closing this support ticket because it is now several weeks old.
The good news is that we have hired a new support person to help with any questions you may have. If you still have a pending issue, please open a new ticket and will reply right away."

I'm PMing you the details.

What exactly happened?
It's explained in the thread I linked to in the original post.

My BTC got lost in their Shared Send service and never reached the recipient, and I've tried everything I could to contact them but I've gotten exactly zero response. Apparently "piuk" is the guy who represents the site on this forum and he's ignoring my messages.

RESOLVED. Blockchain.info just returned my money along with 2 extra BTC after over a month and within a few hours of posting about this on Reddit.

It has been a month since I lost over $500 to Blockchain.info's Shared Send service and I still haven't gotten any reply from them, except for the one when they simply closed my support ticket after a couple weeks on Zendesk.com

piuk why have you been ignoring my attempts at contacting you regarding 5 BTC getting lost in BlockChain's Shared Send?

Send him a pm
I did. Emailed him and added him on Skype too. It's been a week and still nothing. Sad
7  Economy / Web Wallets / Blockchain.info Shared Send ate 5 BTC 10+ days ago (RESOLVED) on: September 08, 2013, 07:04:57 PM
RESOLVED. Blockchain.info just returned my money along with 2 extra BTC after over a month and within a few hours of posting about this on Reddit.

I tried paying someone about 5 BTC via Blockchain.info's Shared Send over a week ago and they never showed up at the destination.

Before I made that payment the service had already been acting unreliably for a few days, with transactions not getting confirmed for over a day, previously spent (but unconfirmed) funds showing up again on my account, and subsequent transactions being marked as Double Spend (although they got through).

I guess I should've taken the hint and avoided using that site any further but I went ahead and now I'm out of over $500.

My support request at blockchain.zendesk.com is still stuck on "Ben is assigned to your request" since August and I've sent piuk an email, added him on Skype (zootreeves) and even messaged him here, still nothing.

piuk's profile clearly shows him logging on here every day so he must be ignoring my messages. At the very least he could take a look and confirm or deny whether it was a problem in Shared Send or a mistake on my part.

Does anyone here please have a better way of contacting piuk or someone else in charge? I don't know where to go from here but I'll definitely never be touching Blockchain.info again and the way things are going I would advise everyone else to do the same, or at least not attempt to use their Shared Send service.

8.3 BTC has been returned to the sending address.

Shared Addresses are valid for one transaction only, don't re-use them as after the first transaction reaches 6 confirmations they stop being monitored.
Good guy piuk Smiley

I'm having a problem with Shared Send too since yesterday, lost 5 BTC. Sad Can you help me out too? I've added you on Skype. TIA

Having the same issue since a couple days and now I have 5 BTC stuck in there. I'm still waiting on a reply from piuk or their customer service. I would advise others not to attempt using blockchain.info's Shared Send service.
