Cointopia is goin down, people complain over  yobit also, what to do?

I could verify coinbase account, but GDAX wants doube verification and I scanned my passport with my phone, so it is clear picture of my passport....and I took a pic of my face via webcam....

I tried to verify this way at least 20 times.....no way hose...it does not work....why is this happening?

I see price going up and down each day...so if I would sell and buy at the marked point, wouldI earn like 2000 eur if I would have 1 btc invested in coinbase? Or are the fees tremendously high?

I send them 3 emails already.....I get only automated reply....no real answer from real person

I did money transfer sunday evening and now it is already wednesday evening....and still my money has not arrived in my coinbase account....
did they stole my money?
I send like 2000 usd....my first transfer ever....my bank said it shoudl arrive already
