One of my customers is claiming the unit was hashing just fine for around a day, then he powered it down carefully, moved it and it would not power up again (cgminer showed empty on miner status), after which he managed to get it to power on if he just plugged in one of the blades, however the fan would not spin (so he powered it down quickly).

Any ideas on this one?

is it safe to order from the Bitmain website? i need some more and sushi has vanished again :0

Well the tracking number i have is for 3.8 KG... so i guess its only for 1 of the miners... disappointing

I have my tracking number (i'm guessing both my ant miners were shipped in same tracking number? (i hope so anyway)). They are arriving On Monday according to UPS... didn't leave China until 9th rather than 6th.

not true, my 2 (different order numbers, one about 150th and one near end) both have not arrived and i'm uk.

i hope sushi gets tracking numbers today... i'm becoming a bit worried after reading this thread. my packages always turned up on time from him.

you think mine are lost then? as I'm in London too, and we probably got our packages in same shipment.... hmm. Mind PM'ing me your tracking log, so i can see what happened in customs etc. Also, what fees did you have to pay ? £39?

Lucky for you... Mine we're shipped on 6th Jan... Was expecting delivery today, but UPS man came empty handed again. I hope its gonna be tomorrow. Getting a little nervous. Last time it took 48 hours, this time its taken 72 hours so far, and will probably be 96 hours before next UPS attempt...

I wouldn't be nervous if I was given a tracking number... but that seems to be missing too.

are you based in the UK ? (trying to judge when mine turn up) also what was the duty to pay? about £39.99 ?

UPS man has come... no ant miners... i know its only <72 hours... but still, its the longest i've ever waited for an Ant Miner from this GB heh. No tracking info yet either.

anyone started to receive their miners from latest GB yet? I still didn't get tracking... but taking day off work today as expecting based on past deliveries.

my cubes ran just fine on a CX750 on low... but as soon as I put them into High, they'd run at like 55GH/s for about 30 seconds and then reboot into Low... Really weird.
