we would like to remind you that the
wallet update is mandatory and the sentinel
is required as well
can you explain what you mean? The wallet is always up to date and sentinel is running with crontab on vps ubuntu server. round about every 12 hours i get the info "watchdog expired" on all nodes. Can you help me? Cheers |

He guys,
i have a problem with my masternodes, all few days, both masternodes will change the status to "watchdog expired".
How can i solve this? Only start from cold wallet or restart and reindex from daemon server?
Fact: all my nodes change in the same time.

Sentinel is configured and the test is going right.
So how i can start the Sentinel start manually?

Hey guys, i want to set up a second masternode on an another VPS Server with another ip.
i installed the second one like the other one and everything is fine.
My Win wallet Masternode config:
MN1 209.250.242.217:9919 xxx xxx x
MN2 45.63.117.250:9919 xxx xxx x
_________
MN1 is running fine
MN2: when i will start ./desired -daemon on Ubuntu 14.04, i get:
Error: Unable to bind to 0.0.0.0:9919 on this computer. Desire Core is probably already running.
Error: Failed to listen on any port. Use -listen=0 if you want this.
the desire.conf ist like the same from MN1, excluding ip
What iam doing wrong?

EDIT: in VPS config was the RPCPORT=9919! after deleting, everything runs fine!

Hey guys, i have a problem with my node. In Wallet it will shown as enabled, but on the explorer http://desire.thecryptochat.net/network.php there isnt aviable. My ip: 209.250.242.217 What iam doing wrong? hes working at least 12 hrs Cheers |

Looking at your external IP and checking the Masternodes on my wallet it says it's ENABLED and been running for almost 9hrs.
The way you have it setup now you don't have it setup as a hot and cold wallet which is what you really want as it will work but you have to keep the windows wallet and VPS wallet open now or it will stop (well it deffo used to as I did what you did as I had mine running on just my PC to begin with before switching over to VPS. Yes the desire.conf is blank and masternode.conf is filled MN1 209.250.242.217:9919 xxx xxx 1 and then the VPS has the details in desire.conf and then nothing in masternode.conf.

Hi again, so my Masternode is running a few hours, but i cant see them in the Block Explorer: http://desire.thecryptochat.net/network.phpAfter 15 hrs, Win Wallet is writing "Newstart Required". On VPS i get the info "Masternode not capable" Did anyone know, how i can check the function? Her my configs: Winwallet: rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxx rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport= listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 staking=0 externalip=209.250.242.217:9919 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=xxx bind=127.0.0.1:9919 (i add this to start my wallet, otherwise i delete them, wallet want start with RPC Port=9919) Winwallet Masternode cnfg: MN1 209.250.242.217:9919 xxx xxx 1 VPS Config: rpcuser=xxx rpcpassword=xxx rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 staking=0 externalip=209.250.242.217:9919 masternode=1 masternodeprivkey=xxx Also Sentinel is running on VPS and i get the Watchdog Error after 15 min. Is it important to run sentinel on Windows too? Cheers guys When you say windows wallet are you talking about the Desire.conf file on your PC?. If so then that should be empty and the Masternode.conf have the Masternode cnfg like you have written, Then the VPS is the opposite and has the info in Desire.conf and nothing in Masternode.conf. Going by what you've written you currently have the winwallet set as the masternode and also the VPS as the masternode so if you reset the winwallet the masternode would stop. are you sure? everywhere they talking about, that the win wallet .conf need input too. So in win wallet i only fill out the masternode.conf and the desire.conf are empty? How long does the explorer need to access my node or shown up? Cheers |

Don't forget to make masternode.conf file on Win and Start MN from Win wallet.
i delete the 3 lines in config on win wallet, but the error is still like the same one. Edit: Now i get this error in win wallet 16:22:53  masternode start 16:22:53  You must set masternode=1 in the configuration (code -32603) Please refer to the MN setup guide. Before you start MN you must prepare masternode.conf file on your Win wallet. You need to specify Alias, IP:port, genkey, txId(outputs) and txIndex in this file. After restarting Win control wallet - go to Masternode Tab and you will see your MN. Select it and press Start button. If you cannot see Masternode Tab - enable it from "Options" Must be the win wallet everytime open? i check my genkey and it was different to my vps config. Now Wallet and VPS is "masternode successfully started" Congrats! On VPS double check the status by command "./desire-cli masternode status". Don't forget to include sentinel check into "crontab -e" time schedule. VPS should run all the time. Run Win control wallet sometimes to watch your MN status. Thank you so much for help, but last question. how can i setup the cron job for sentinel? I start this anytime manually. Cheers |

Actually Desire masternode is the most stable one compare to other similar coins using Sentinel. Other "sentinel" coins often falls into NEW_START_REQUIRED, almost constantly are in the WATCHDOG_EXPIRED state and sentinel generated tons of error messages. No this BS for Desire MN - all are working as a clock! One day people will realize that Desire MN is the most stable one so i dont have to wonder about the watchdoge_expired? But why i cant open my wallet, when i setup listen=1 ? When i delete the rpcport and listen=1, wallet will start. must the wallet be open every time? cheers |

Hey guys,
i setup my first masternode in vultr and ubuntu 14.04 and everything is fine in the vps.
But in my Windows Wallet, i dont can open it, when the config is like this
rpcuser=xxx
rpcpassword=xxx
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=9919
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
staking=0
externalip=209.250.242.217:9919
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=xxx
(xxx is cleared)
When i will start the wallet, i get this info:
Can not bind to 0.0.0.0:9919 on this machine (error returned by bind: access to a socket was inadmissible due to the access rights of the socket. (10013))
Next Error:
Error, no port could be intercepted. If so, use listen = 0.
When i change the Config to listen=0, the wallet will start, but after 20 hrs runnning, "Watchdog Expired" and the Masternode isnt in the Network List on Explorer.
For Watchdog, i run sentinel on ubuntu, but doenst help anything. I dont get any payout after 3 days.
Can anyone help me? :O
