I was worried about that but i don't know how or where to change them other then the Install and Home dir under armory settings. I changed both of those to D:\Bitcoin. Where would I change the path? Thanks!!!

The Basics:
Armory 0.96.3.99
Bitcoin Core: 0.15.1
"Anti-virus": Windows Defender

What i've tried:
Deleting the db from C:\...AppData\Roaming\Armory
Rebuild and rescan databases
Reinstalling Armory

Misc:
The bitcoin folder and armory folder (from the installer) are on the D: drive not C:
The Bitcoin Core wallet scans the blocks and displays the correct balance

I'm not too sure what else to try the armory wallet just displays (...) and Preparing Databases is bold but none of the usual green "loading" bars. And of course it says "offline" in the bottom right corner.
