bitcoin-gold..  msg showing bittrx wallet under maint. has been gone for a couple of weeks now.

any idea when we should start seeing it auto-exchange again? even now it still pops u time to time on algo-switch for equihash
but it is enough where i am just about to disable equihash, i'm only a 4gpu miner but when i have almost $2 just sitting there.. i know i'll see it eventually
just like everything else here at MPH, i know it takes time sometimes, but even just some msg on the site somewhere sayin  hey we know n w are lookin into it would be nice...

sounds more like you have  bugged wallet....

at this link they go over the steps to restore the wallet... longest part is the blockchain re-sync
i have had to use this myself..  after which the wallet worked fine for electroneum

sounds like you need to do the opposite of what i did to get claymore to dual mine....

try going and setting the hashrate for the dualmine coins manually to a much lower hashrate as a custom setting... not a perfect solution but it should work.

Has or will the Electroneum (ETN) pool be getting updated.

saw on FB that they did/updated something for pools. not sure if/how it effects any coins mined until update.

Seen a few asking similar on the reddit, but figure i ask here in a little more general aspect.

Equihash algo....  anyone else having problems?  using AM profit and some equihash seems ok, but I'm starting to think ZCL is down and when it tries to switch to it
it cant and crashes whatever miner i'm am using (DSTM, EWBF, excavator) and others are saying they cant transfer to/from ZCL via exchange or payout for it

This due to the upcoming form for ZCL???

If it is and will keep happening until after the fork completes, I will just take equihash out of my profit switching for now. It will be easier then babysitting my miners all day.

ok this should be an easy one... 

the delay settings under options tab/advanced    for the ones dealing with time.. do the settings represent minutes or seconds

ie... delay autostart of miners after reboot   60      so 1 hour or 60s

and are they the same for each delay setting (time delay ones) which would be 3 of the 4 settings there

1. try creating a miner for each gpu type...  1 for amd and 1 for nvidia

2. the free version of AM does not have fan control. you can either 1. add it to the miner cmd line if the miner supports it or 2. use 3rd party gpu monitoring/OC software like MSI afterburner to set custom fan speed profiles.

3. again if using the free version of awesome miner, MSI can not be intergrated into it.    I use the free AM and MSI afterburner. I have MSI set to auto start w/windows and autoload my OC/fan profiles on start and it works just fine. also have AM auto start with windows and once it starts mining (normally does before everything else in windows loads, including MSI aftrbuner) a few sec later MSI kicks in OC's everything and cranks up my gpu fans according to their profile.

we will need more info to help figure that out.... 

What algorithms are you mining with the gpu?
is the gpu over clocked at all?
what do your gpu temp's look like? AM might stop mining to prevent the card from over heating.
 

ETN (electroneum) is not auto-exchanged on MPH. Mostly due to the fact ETN is not on very many exchanges to begin with and definitely not on the 3 exchanges MPH uses.
ETN is more of a "hold on to coin" right now. While it's Dev's are starting to get it listed on more exchanges and it is has a moblie wallet launching (things still in "beta" according to the ETN site)

Best bet for ETN is either stop mining it (have yet to see it get switched to in profit-switching) or get either the desktop or paperwallet and HODL.

Myself, I mine it with multiple cpu's in my house when they are idle and end up with 50-ish coins every few days I transfer into my own wallet, betting on the coin will take off.

yup that worked...   had to inflate the 2nd coins by about 300Mh to get it to dual mine

1. only use MPH, when i run claymore alone it dual mines, when i run from inside AM it will only mine ETH only -mode 1
2. no problem benchmarking ETH only as well as dual mining
3. blake 2b 4.67Gh (dual 790Mh)  ETH 79.Mh (dual 71Mh) sha-3 2.16Gh (dual 716Mh)
4.from details for ETH -   MPH-ETH $6.66   $6.12 (incl sha-3 $0.13) (incl blake 2b $0.05) also shows incl dcred,lbry,pascal,blake 2s...    however everything with a 2nd coin is grayed out, only the ETH only line is in black text
5. have tried to cut/paste my working dual mining cmd line in miner properties, profit profile and in the claymore specific cmd line options boxes.    have also done this with claymore as the only active miner in AM.
6. using the diag. and playing with every setting i can or just running the miner in AM give the same results... ETH only mining with the following output

to start, i've tried looking this up over the last few days and have tried various things
i'm missing something somewhere and need fresh eyes on this. i am sure i am missing something right in front of me... .on that note

Claymore v11 in AM....   no matter what i do i can not get it to dual mine.

running from a .bat file i can get it dual mining no problem (in both cases pointed at miningpoolhub)

even have the miner in both cases ignoring the 1 1030 in the system, other cards are 3 1050ti's and 2 1060 3g

both single and dual get me 79+ Mh   and when dual 2nd coin (sia in this case) getting 796Mh

I've tried configuring claymore in AM, click and picked every box for the 2nd coins.. .even tried cut/paste my /bat cmd file into the cmd line in AM
the only thing that takes is the -di 01235 for the cards.  

i'm at a loss at getting it to dual mine, the miner is a profit switcher and has no problem in that respects. even got the newest excavator up and running in AM
but this one has me drawing a blank

so after looking at it more...   in AM claymores will always start with -mode 1   
no matter what i try i can not get to to start with -mode 0      even after cmd line entry, playing with the the extra boxes for the 2ndary coins, and again cut/paste my bat file into the cmd line box...
works fine via bat file but not in AM =/

With the BTCZ fork off of ZClassic. Can we expect BTCZ to be added?? both dedicated and profit mining?

I wouldn't mind be able to single mine BTCZ for a few days on the pool. well at least until the ASICs bomb the fluff out of the difficulty.
Be nice to get in on something at the start for a change. =)

has supernova changed their mind about shutting down the pool??? went to finish cashing out there, it showed the pool as active, with a msg at the top saying it was live and for the hell of it started up my miner and it connected fine and is still running.

thought of that and already tried hard line from cable modem to computer (even pulled out an old cablemodem w/o built in router, set it up again and still same problem)

finally got the .conf file to take with a bunch of the addnodes listed and i now have connections again.  shut down the wallet, disabled the use of the .conf file, rebooted and restarted the wallet. whatever was causing my connection problems seems to have fixed itself, since using the addnodes in the .conf.   needless to say i will be keeping that around for if this happens again.

thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.  hopefully the new pool and exchange will be finalized soon. like i said, late to the game and still learning. this being the 1st coin i've been able to mine where i can actually see results and get everything working =)

i tried searching for peers.dat to see if i could add any active nodes suggested in the op, but the search came up empty.  

are there any reasons i am missing for the wallet to not find any connections?? seeing no connections means no work/blockfile to find

a couple of quick questions... a little on the tech side but all wallet related

cryptonite-qt    wallet was working fine until a couple of days ago. i was abusing my gpus a little looking for a stable overclock (good where i got it now at least)   had the wallet offline while i did all this.  happy with where i was at rebooted, started the wallet up to re-sync, set my OC to active and started mining, after a few hours i went to bed. sometime during the night (about7hours w/o a problem) my computer froze. upon rebooting the wallet wont sync up. it is 4 days behind at this point. and from what i can gather, there is nothing for it connect to.
in the debug console i get the following over and over again with consensual date/time stamps and a line that looks like a hash inbetween

I would assume if i could find and delete the block file it would go and re-download it again to sync up again. but that brings me back to 0 connections to others.   any thoughts?


I have now made a paper wallet, mostly to use until i figure out the above problem, have mined for about an hour sending to it. however i have stopped only because i can not find site that i can check its balance. i am confident that i have set it up correctly, using the public key to try to check its balance/tranactions... once i can find some where to do so. so for this one my question is....  anyone know of a site i can check my paper wallet's balance? TIA

with supernova not supporting XCN after the end of the year. are their any other active pools?

i have tried for a few days off/on to connect to the only other pool listed in the 1st post with no luck and am unable to find any others.

is solo mining my only option? fairly new to the whole mining world, and still dont get how solo mining rigs "talk" to others to get or add their work to the blockchain...
but that is something to look up another day...  right now though just wondering about XCN pools.
