Hi, I have tried to make a withdrawal of Aeon coin from Minergate, on the withdrawal page, it says it has succeeded, but the coins have not been sent. This is the info shown on my withdrawal history page: 2017-02-25 12:57:49 WmsvFSQE6b75WVFH4CGHvQ9niEackUUfbfBXRRpETTSnRHfvYktBwjc63WbWxcuBkB4W1VvTZBXuvGk KVhrerWRx1eMh8ZkaW Transaction hash: 7e4401f2ac928e193d8618682d2c95ec4fc5538b829812b091000c19ba1fe20f 143.69014496773 +fee 0.000001 sent But when I click the transaction hash link, there is no information to see. https://minergate.com/blockchain/aeon/transaction/7e4401f2ac928e193d8618682d2c95ec4fc5538b829812b091000c19ba1fe20fI was sending the coins to Changelly. Please let me know what happened to this transaction, it is not sent properly. The transaction hash does not show up on the block explorer. I sent support message to Changelly, but no reply. After a week, I got a reply from Changelly support and then the Minergate support refunded the transaction, as it had failed. On inspection, the AEON coin network uses a standard fee of 0.01 to confirm transactions, so I've asked Minergate to update the wallet used for withdrawals to use this instead of 0.000001 by default as it will mean the transaction should work properly. Ofcourse I will manually change it myself when I next get a chance to make the withdrawal, I will have to wait a few more days probably before being able to confirm if it works.

Finally changes have been made to the front page and other associated links, regarding the mining potential of cloud GHS. Took your time Now if you are an idiot troll that can't read, cex has you covered. Good things come to those who wait... ... the real pudding in the pie would be to end the GHS markets also, it has visible implosion velocity, trolls are sharpening their pick-axes, waiting to mine that magical seam of GHS gold which comes from the PayPal account thefts or ebay mis-sellings. for fresh fiat you can get ur GHS on ebay still, seems legit no? jeremiah*s_stuff is happy to keep selling vouchers with a load of buyer kickbacks and promises, but no mention of GHS actually mining anything...

I am having issue [...]
Check the terms of use, has a bit about Due Diligence, for Transactions, this also to account changes, as transactions need to be 100% secure. cex.io/terms Think about it, anyone could pretend to be you and try to access your account, do you really want that? They also have a privacy notice, seems all in order, you can even request a log of all the info held, and ask for it deleted too. "Correction/Updating/Deletion of Personal Information" cex.io/privacy The increased security on this platform is also because they are introducing FIAT markets soon, so is part of their protocols.

ive been using there GHS service since i started mining through there pools, half the bitcoin i earn i buy GHS with otherhalf either is put away or converted to usd then delt with accordingly, ive had no such issues, although at random ill double in hash for a moment (10 mins) then go back but nothing that is affecting anything for me. So not sure your frustrations or anything because ive had no issues for over a month
Same as 713kaos for me mostly, I have been using CEX.IO for a while now, and the GHS worker speed can move around a bit, but the payouts are normal and regular, so it is easy to reinvest. Maintenance is linked to luck and lots of other factors, it has been high some days, lower on other. CEX.IO support has said they are working to lower their maintenance costs also, makes sense for any cloud mining to do this. Advantage of exchange and trading, good pool and support is worth the maintenance fee costs in my mind.

Hi WH and all, i hold 1 share on the hashfast upgrades, not much, but enough to be concerned as to what's happening with all this now. Despite all the differences , if there are BTC funds from the GB available remaining, please release that portion which is available (if any), and then update us on the legal battles. It has now been plenty of time for hashfast to have notice, please give us any updates from Ray, as all is eerily quiet

Sigh.
/Cheer? Doesn't this mean we can join in and take them the legal route, contact them now! Tell us what's happening, have you had any contacts, calls or any moves forward that we can take with this refund?

Is it 30 days since they sent that refund thing now? Any news on getting the "refund" or are they just stalling AGAIN and full of BS.
Can we please go and put these guys into receivership, they need to shown up as an example to all the rip off merchants.

http://hashfast.com/an-apology-to-our-customers/"An Apology to Our Customers Posted on 04/25/2014" These guys are so amateur, they are suddenly very active on twitter account since the legal case happened that froze some of their wallets, and now seem to have gotten round that hiccup.. HF should do a proper statement indicating their fulfilment of MPP or refunds in full BTC or at least in USD at sale price, with quoted exampled and order numbers etc, so all can see. So far there is very little belief or faith in anything they say.

Agree, get the refund processed ASAP.
Can we see the terms of doc they sent? or how can we help ensure a speedy refund?
Let us know if there is any contact for a registered 3rd party, if they are going bankrupt, might be getting settled that way.

Well, I have a small update regarding HashFast. As far as Ray Gallo, that guy hasn't replied to my last 2 emails, not sure if he's busy or what the deal is. Anyway, I did receive my first e-mail back from HashFast in MONTHS. But it's basically the same proposal as last time: A. USD Dollars to checking account or B. USD equivalent in BTC I think the equivalent in BTC comes out to ~1/5th of what everyone paid originally.. so I'm not sure what you guys want to do but chances of anything happening with HF are so slim I don't know if this is the best choice now or not. Thoughts, everyone? Plan for the B Ark!? B. USD equivalent in BTC (we could've maybe hit 1/3 refund if we got it before last week!) HF replied!!? I am thinking this is a trade off by HF, quickly trying to see how much refund they can attempt to offer, in an effort to avoid multiple litigation and definite bankruptcy. If we gear up for the legal battle, and with our chance of nil refund, despite maintaining everlasting hope for the full refund, this might be the best available option. I am still very unbelieving of their words in general, the refund to BTC via USD sounds like our only active chance... Perhaps there is a chance to have the BTC equivalent refunded, but are we looking for a 2-3 month or longer haul for any legal processes, which may cause more agony later on. If they can meet a repayment schedule, I would recommend signing it, but getting a solicitor / legal type to counter sign it, and ask for them to be CC as an observer to all refunds, and ask for a detailed invoice of refund (should show the summary more clearly for all to see.) This may help if we need to go to court, or if others are still unable to get refunds, and need help getting HF to get them to refund. If they fail to meet the repayment schedule, we will be forced to return to the courtroom solutions. Having a witness to the exchange of documents will force them to adhere to their agreement. If we need to go to court, we will be in better standing, having already sought the refund.
