So if I have gotten the order confirmation, I'm all set even if the order is just "pending"?

(Order ID: #67)
That's correct, if anyone didn't receive an order confirmation you need to PM me. Include the correct email address and BTC address you used. You should also check the blockchain yourself, that way you'll know exactly what happened (or didn't) to your payment. If, after checking the blockchain and you are sure that the payment was actually sent, contact me about confirming your order if you didn't receive an order confirmation when you first payed.

Thanks,
James

Hey James:

I ordered three shares a couple days ago and sent you a PM with this info:

I've not received any email or any PM response…Please confirm!

AKW:  just wanted to chime in and say thanks also.

I'm looking forward to seeing the details of who's in, and when each of the servers is due to arrive.

Looks like I'm either just barely in on order #1, or one of the first for order #2…since you've indicated that they'll likely ship concurrently, I'm not really worried about it.

Anyway, while I understand that others may have questions and concerns based on their own experience and opinions, I trust in your energy and abilities.    I especially appreciate the amount of energy it takes to stay positive.

I'll go back to lurking while we await further details.

David

Yo!

I just started mining using the USB ASIC's available for sale here from another member...I'm pleased with the performance I'm getting off my raspberry pi miner.

My initial observation:
Seems like the biggest challenge to bitcoin adoption (and thus mining profitability) is the current difficulty in obtaining bitcoins quickly (ie, not by mining)

My personal experience is that to make a purchase from someone who ONLY takes bitcoin, it takes far too long...I'm currently in process of purchasing a bitcoin through coin base...it's been a week and I still don't have my coin...it's "pending" due to the time it takes for money transfer/etc...There's got to be a better way.

Anyway...I'm starting to mine, so perhaps this won't be such an issue moving forward for me, but we need to make it easier for the masses to buy our hard earned coins if we want to see their value grow.

Happy to be here!
