I am going to spend $70 today and was wondering should I buy a coin with price between $1 to $5 or buy 1 bitcoin gold and the rest for something like Wings or Ada ...
|
|
|
Yes when I see bitcoin cash is more expensive than eth and Dash almost as high as eth when these 2 coins are not that useful at all in comparison with what eth does.

|
Good luck with the project

The best wallet is toast wallet, I am using it on my iPhone since several months ago and had no problem. Very handy and easy to send and receive and very safe.

I just wonder why the market is going down again. I checked the news and didn’t see anything specific. The funny part is when the market is going up it increases in cents and when going down it drops billions. Why can’t it rest on the weekend like everything else!? Nothing makes sense when it comes to this silly nonsense crypto market

Litcoin is having it's own fork, to create Litecoincash: https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/02/14/deep-divisions-over-litecoin-cash-fork/Litecoin founder Charlie Lee has been extremely active lately posting warnings on social media about a forked version that he does not support. Lee’s public outcry comes as a fork for a competing crypto dubbed Litecoin Cash draws nearer.
There is currently nothing to stop anyone making their own cryptocurrency or forking off from an existing blockchain. Countless new iterations of Bitcoin have emerged in the past few months from GOD to DARK. People can get scammed if they don’t do their own research and blindly follow the streams of dross that pollute social media platforms. Governments are anxious to regulate the industry to prevent these sorts of things from happening.
On the surface Litecoin Cash appears to be just another one of these, riding on the name to garner interest. It comes with a plan to increase the block time, enable SHA256 mining, and offer 90% cheaper transaction fees than its parent altcoin. The fork will happen at block 1371111, which is around February 18 or 19. Charlie Lee and the Litecoin team however want nothing to do with it;
To win over investors and traders the forkers are offering free LCC tokens for LTC holders at a ratio of ten to one. This is the common method of drumming up support for a newly forked crypto coin In the short term, I expect people will buy litecoin just to qualify for the airdrop. But it's not clear which if any exchanges are supporting Litecoin Cash. It is not litecoin official fork and it doesn't have anything to do with litecoin. See the link below from litecoin developer. http://bitcoinist.com/charlie-lee-labels-litecoin-cash-scam/

I have tried most of the apps and the best one is Coin stats app for the altfolio and prices and tracking. I use coinbase as an exchange as well.

Most of these altcoins will disappear sooner or later. Invest your money in real ones like, Ether, litecoin,Monero,ETC, EOS, and maybe ripple, Ada, xlm

Without doubt the best one is Monero.

To be honest maybe it is a good time for the first time buyer but I am not going to waste money on this garbage market anymore. It is waste of time and money.

Yes it seems scary and really bad thanks to shitty China.

I think it is a good time to buy more. Is it wise to buy lite coin, EOS and ETC now?

Datawallet will go on sale on Monday, not sure if registration is still open or not. It has a very strong team behind the project.

The article https://cointelegraph.com/news/charlie-lee-bullish-on-bitcoin-and-litecoin-long-term-short-term-impossible-to-predictThis is part of the interview CT: Why did you end up eventually leaving Coinbase? CHARLIE: I left to focus on Litecoin. I’m spending full-time on Litecoin development right now. CT: But you sold all your stake in that? CHARLIE: I did sell my coins, but I’m still full-time on Litecoin development. I sold my coins due to conflicts of interest and not because I didn’t believe in the project. CT: Do you think that any person who owns or works full-time on a cryptocurrency shouldn’t have any stake in their own coin? CHARLIE: No, not necessarily. I think I’m in a special position because I have such a large social media presence, and I have huge influence on the future of Litecoin and price movement of Litecoin, so I’ve always felt a bit conflicted when I’m promoting Litecoin on social media and see that affect the price. Also the fact it is helping me financially — so I kind of wanted to remove the financial aspect from my work.
