I suggest you Binance because very low fee when you trade in Binance, Bittrex is good too, but fee when you trading is 0.25%-0.15% and fee when you withdraw USDT is 25$, too high

I do not think you should do that, invest the amount of money you accept to lose. Of course, high risk high return, but if I were you, I would not sell my house.
