I got one.  It was fairly simple.  Within 2 days of sending off the emails Lajz99 describes in his process, I had a refund on my PayPal account and 2 days after that a refund showed up on my credit card.

Hoping to do the same.  Just got off the phone with my Credit Card company about a chargeback.  Sadly I cannot send PMs yet otherwise I'd have contacted lajz99 directly Sad
