Yep, I've sent them a couple of support requests regarding this.

This was their reply: "The Bitcoin network is currently experiencing record high traffic resulting in longer confirmation times for transactions. Please be aware of this before lodging a support ticket regarding an unconfirmed transaction, as once a transaction has been processed it cannot be canceled."

This doesn't really seem to address the issue that I'm facing at the moment though?

7 Days ago I tried to transfer some BTC from my btcmarkets.net account to my binance.com account. On btcmarkets' end, the transaction is recorded as processed, yet no BTC have been deposited to my binance account.

On blockchain.info the transaction can't be found.

records the transaction as being removed/expired.

With regard to the fee, I had no control, and just payed what btcmarkets dictated.

I have read elsewhere that this accelerator: https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ can be used, yet when I enter the transaction ID it comes up saying transaction input unconfirmed.

I am unsure what to do from this point and am becoming increasingly concerned that the bitcoins I've tried to transfer are lost or perpetually locked in an expired tx.

Any help with this would be super appreciated; I'm new to crypto and find it all fairly overwhelming.
