It works on US accounts, yes, also if your account is just 1 day old.
What cán be a problem with new accounts is that it will not let you send or pay for goods in some cases and it will give the message ¨Sorry, we can´t send your payment right now¨but this is a well known Paypal issue that has nothing to do with this. So try to send smaller amounts or wait a bit and try again.
I am hoping for more reviews. Just be patient, they will come eventually
OK this error is there someway to bypass it by doing a couple small transactions before you do what you need to do? Or is this error temporary and something that clears up or is at random from time to time that you will get this? This is completely random but Paypal uses it more and more. They don´t want new accounts to move their money too fast but it clears up after a day mostly. Just don´t send too much in a short time span. |

I don´t feel to argue with a person who has quite a bad history here and took advantage from other forum members.

It is not really magic.
As I said, on this very same forum, there was a similar working way around the 21 days hold.
For what reasons people need to get their 21 days hold released is their responsability but I want to add that the hold can be very annoying and in my experience, the hold is not always fast lifted after filling in the tracking details. For new accounts, in my experience, it indeed doesnt take 21 days, but still can take up to 10 days after filling in the shipping details.
Also, this 21 days hold does not go away after 2 or 3 sales. This can be different for other countries, but Paypal in my country puts every payment on hold during the first 60 days AND 10 succesful transactions. This is clearly visible when you go to Resolution Centre where it states that.
